All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

This IS the best hotel/ spa in the country without exception, the facilities are unbelievable, the hotel rooms are of such a high specification and everyone is different. The spa is like something out of a fantasy land, from the facilities to the surrounding area and amazing architecture. A true relaxing break with fine cuisine and superb service! |

The spa is lovely,the grounds are fantastic. The room was cold on a chilly night;There was not mini bar in the room and no shower in the bathroom. The receptionists made mistake clearing our bill . |

Great grounds, beuatiful hotel and excellent spa and facilities. The rooms are traditional but cosy althoguh they do now need a revamp. Pleaseant and efficient staff and it was great that the Spa was not overly crowded. Massages were brilliant |

As we were staying there for our wedding night - the hotel very kindly upgraded our room which was absolutely wonderful. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were huge! |

Leaving Hair in the meal, housekeeping letting themselves into the room without checking to see if we were in, poor service, two single bed pushed together to make a double bed, residue on the wallpaper. All in all a very bad experience. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and the second room that we were moved to was very much better than the first. The food in the fine dining restaurant was not good, my husband was served warm white wine and port full of sediment. The brasserie was also poor for evening meal, but good for breakfast and afternoon tea. |
