Great grounds, beuatiful hotel and excellent spa and facilities. The rooms are traditional but cosy althoguh they do now need a revamp. Pleaseant and efficient staff and it was great that the Spa was not overly crowded. Massages were brilliant |

As we were staying there for our wedding night - the hotel very kindly upgraded our room which was absolutely wonderful. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were huge! |

The Spa was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent, the grounds were superb. The duvet did not fit the bed completely |

Leaving Hair in the meal, housekeeping letting themselves into the room without checking to see if we were in, poor service, two single bed pushed together to make a double bed, residue on the wallpaper. All in all a very bad experience. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and the second room that we were moved to was very much better than the first. The food in the fine dining restaurant was not good, my husband was served warm white wine and port full of sediment. The brasserie was also poor for evening meal, but good for breakfast and afternoon tea. |

We were upgraded to a junior suite because our tv was not working correctly, fabulous service. The hotel was amazing, staff were so friendly and polite. I cannot wait to go back. |

Surrounding grounds are wonderfull and very well kept. The service within bar areas was extremely slow.Many of the Spa facilities were not available due to technical problems |
