The staff were wonderful,and could not have been more helpful.. the food excellent.

they had 3 weddings on , and nowhere for the oldies to sit and read our kindles.had a long trek to our very comfortable room,even if you had to go into the cold to get there. I think there should be more real log fires the one in the hall was far to drafty to sit by.

Spa is excellent

Room, bed and linen quality, staff absolutely perfect

Road noise. Nobody immediately available to carry cases from room on check out at 9.45am which is annoying when having heavy cases and wearing a suite. Food in brasserie ranged from excellent to mediocre

Service in every department was excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly courteous and helpful. Foo in th brasserie was excellent.

The Spa was good with many facilities.

Despite the excellent facilities the Spa areas were very cold, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to relax. Our room was dated, the television had terrible reception and the Wifi did not extend to our room. Furthermore there were cobwebs in our room and the lights in the shower did not work. At dinner, there was very little option for starters for me as I am pregnant and when mentioned to a member of staff there was no apology or explanation. What I did order I would not consider good value for money. Overall, the price of Pennyhill Park was not representative of our experience.

Not a place to go if your watching the pennies but if your out to treat yourself then I doubt you'd beat it. The most polite helpful staff I've ever met, literally couldn't do enough to help. Great cocktails in the Ascot bar and when my girlfriend left her mulberry hand bag just laying around all night in the bar for anyone to help them selves, a quick phone call when we realised it was missing and the staff had it safe and sound. You can't always count on that level of honesty. Excellent weekend and we will be going back to use the shooting and spa facilities next time. 5 * well deserved.

Leaving.

Loved the location, secluded in a beautiful wooded golf estate. The spa is fun, with many more rooms than spas usually have - always something to discover. Nice vibe in brasserie & free valet-parking perk is brilliant. Valets are very welcoming, you feel a million dollars & can get off to a quick start. The hotel really tries to please. You feel brilliant after just one night, if you lounge in the spa till late the following day & take full advantage of every thermal/pool/heated room/heated tile seat facility & have a treatment.

Drinks are VERY expensive: c. £26 for 2 whisky sours plus nuts /olives. Had one little problem with spa but the hotel fell over backwards to put things right. The decor was a little tired in my room but really well maintained.

We have been many times before & really enjoy it that's why we keep coming back.

The only thing I noticed was the roof in the steam room looked very shabby.

The spa and room quality is excellent.

On check out, the hotel manager (who has a heavy accent and doesn't speak great English) tried to charge another £45 and said it was vat, which was already inclusive in the price made on booking.com

Staff were very efficient, atmosphere was warm and inviting and bedrooms most inviting.

Service was very good and carried out my instructions to the letter

Bathroom was a bit tired with cracked and peeling grout in places

Real nice warm friendly feel to the place, staff were always helpful and very polite.

It was claimed that the hotel had free Wi-Fi but I could not work, so a little disappointing

Ideal for midweek but since thought we would take our daughters and their other halfs for a weekend but prices are more than double!

The hotel was amazing. Despite arriving and found that they had no record of our reservation (through booking.com)- they sorted the problem out quickly with booking.com and even upgraded us to a suite. The brasserie meal was superb and service was impeccable. We stayed on our way back to San Francisco as wanted to stay somewhere special but near heathrow for our flight home. It certainly fit the bill and we would definitely stay longer next time to make better use of the superb spa facilities . Staff were helpful ,efficient and couldn't do enough for us. Overall: a superb hotel !

Работа сотрудников рецепшен.Была заблокирована сумма в 4 раза превышающая стоимость проживания!Абсолютный рекорд.Отношение к вашей кредитке очень вольное.Но это полбеды.Все чем гордится отель очень относительно.Спа-ничего особенного.Да,большой бассейн,но парилки только влажные,сауны нет.Попариться не удалось.Хваленый парк в 50 Га обнаружен не был.Есть гольф поле,но не очень большое.А лес вокруг отеля явно не парк,а просто не ухоженный лес.Был заявлен прокат велосипедов.Нужно было 4 велика.Дали 2,еще один сломан.Верунули через 10 мин.На таком велохламе никогда не катался.И так практически во всем.Мишленовский ресторан?Сегодня все занято.Был в отеле первый и последний раз.

Sadly a few mosaic tiles missing from the herbal sauna in the ladies only steam room, and one of the unisex steam rooms out of use.

Einrichtung, Ambiente late checkout um 14:00 statt 11:00 möglich

unfreundlicher Empfang. Uns wurde nicht erlaubt, bis zum checkin um 15:00 an der Hotelbar oder Restaurant zu warten. Wir wurden auf dem Weg vom Spa zur Hotelrezeption abgefangen und in der Kälte stehend, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass es nicht möglich sei, in der Lobby oder Bar bis zum Zimmerbezug zu warten. Wir mussten die Zeit im Spa überbrücken. Bad sehr kalt, Zimmer nur durch zusätzlichen Heizkörper auf angenehme Temperatur gebracht. Lobby, Empfang sehr kalt.... Personal teilweise etwas begriffstutzig. Bei Tischreservierung fürs Abendessen wurde ich aufgefordert, meinen vollständigen Namen und Telefonnummer (???) aufzuschreiben, obwohl ich bereits nach dem Zimmer gefragt wurde....sehr merkwürdiges Benehmen. Cocktails nicht zu empfehlen (Mojito, Hot blooded Tea....nicht gut).

I was disappointed with how difficult it was to get a dinner reservation - I ended up driving out of the hotel and down the road to a neighbouring town in the evening. I thought the spa - was meant to be for relaxing was very noisy indeed - with hen parties taking place. It's not normally to be fair - but it took the gloss of my trip a little.
