We stayed in a garden room which was very roomy and comfortable. Lovely surroundings and nice big lounge to relax in. Food very nice. Expensive drinks at the bar.

Staff and location were wonderful, also pool and poolside food were lovely. Room was excellent and we had a free upgrade. Bit disappointed that the Terrace menu was the same all week, although the food there was very good, and we were unable to use the main restaurant due to lack of bookings on that night. (We would've been the only ones in there)

The location and facilities on site. The hotel was clean and staff were polite and helpful. We had to request towels for our room which we consider to be basic requirement. Breakfast was served by a pleasant young lady but she was wearing a leather jacket and her hair was not clipped back tidy. Having Breakfast we were subjected to soothing music in the dining room doing battle with Michael Jackson ranting from the kitchen.

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms and very clean. Staff in gym very helpful. Recommend the coastal path walk to Tresiath Beach and the The Ship is a great place to have a drink and a meal! Location was a bit remote in that was a bit of a walk to get to anywhere and staff were not particularly forth coming with local amenities. Had to walk outside hotel to get to the fitness centre and outside from the pool to the sauna. Free Wi Fi was not available unless you sat very close to reception.
