We had our own space in the cottage, with the added plus of a smashing breakfast made for us in the morning.

We were extremely lucky that we were allocated a four bedroom house to stay in because the Farm House was full. The house fully met our requirements. We ate breakfast in the Farm House which was everything you could hope for ie. Plenty of varied food to eat, friendly and attentive staff and very welcoming. A little bit remote, we had difficulty finding it at first. Apparently there was a pub that served evening meals, but having read a previous review we didn't chance that and ate before we arrived.

This is quite an isolated Guest house. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was full of variety. We stayed here overnight and found it a great place to end a holiday in Wales. None

Friendly and helpful staff- Excellent breakfast! The location was disappointing- We would have liked some more choice of good restaurants or cosy pubs. There were only 2 pubs locally and one didn't serve food after 4.30pm.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom was carpeted, this is not hygienic. The bathroom should have been tiled.

We had booked a twin room at the last minute and on arrival were told that we had been upgraded to a cottage! The Cottage was clean, peaceful, had all amenities required in a cottage and was maintained well. The grounds surrounding the cottage were beautiful. The staff was very pleasant, thoughtful and helpful. We wanted a quite relaxed break and thats exactly what we got. Breakfast in the morning was good. Would highly recommend Penrhadw Farm and will definitely stay there again.

Really a place to go - of course if Brecon Beacons is your destination. Great rooms, great atmosphere, great stuff - not to talk about the breakfast. A very good experience. Maybe not the cheapest place to go, but worth every penny.

“It was extremely comfortable. THe staff were friendly and very helpful. It was close to the railway station for the park and ride for a relaxing trip to Cardiff without the hassle of the car. It was convenient for travel to the north of Wales. The food of the a la carte menu was also good. We would definantly recommend this hotel ” Sue, Oberon |
