We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, the quality of the food is first class as is the presentation. We will definitely return, and we would have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Friendly greeting with all facilities explained clearly. Staff recommended The Bell for dinner, 10 minute+ walk, good food and beer at reasonable prices. Excellent cooked breakfast, scrambled egg fluffy and nicely cooked. Nothing really, good value for money.

A superb family run hotel ideally located to visit the surrounding area within easy walking distance to the town centre and main attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and was cooked and served at your requested time. Will for sure return to the area and will stay here again. The bedrooms were large and comfortable despite being on the main road you still do get a good night rest. A major plus it does have its own parking.

It was private and we weren't harassed by owners. It was lovely to be left to ourselves. Really appreciated the time there and the staff input was polite and approachable when required. Thankyou

Comfortable beds, nice to pre-order breakfast, cute room to eat in. Easy walk to centre of town, although on main street, very quiet. Owners replied to queries beforehand quickly and recommended other tours to us. Also, thanks for recommending the oppo restaurant, was perfect for pre-theatre. Did not know that triple room is not in the main building, felt that could have been clarified during the booking process. Also did not have sensor light when we arrived back late.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Cake and tea on arrival and when the room was being cleaned so we couldn't use it for a while. A fridge with fresh milk and juice if we wanted it at any time. Quiet, non-obtrusive but smiling staff. A great place to get away and not be disturbed by chatter. A long walk into the city along a main road.

Immaculate decor, very friendly owners, fabulous breakfast, value for money. Our bedroom was a bit cramped, the tap water tasted terrible and the tv was stuck on the wall at an odd angle.

A single room, so no paying extra for occupying a double room. Fairly close to town. Private parking. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Very cosy and comfortable room. Nothing.
