Our property have been fully renovated during January 2021. All our rooms are equipped with Freeview TV, linen, towels, toiletries, hairdryers, hospitality tray, including the facilities of making teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cappuccino, biscuits, fans. Mini fridges in each room. WIFI in each room free of charge. All our rooms are en suite with showers. 3 rooms at the ground floor ( 1 double, 1 twin, family room) 4 rooms at the first floor ( 2 doubles, 1 twin, 1 single room) 2 rooms at the second floor ( 1 double, 1 single room) Private parking is available, 1 car parking space per room, additional parking upon request. We can offer a pick up and drop off service at a small charge if booked in advance. Check in is flexible, but usually after 3.30pm. Early check in is possible by prior arrangement. Check out at 10.30am or earlier, later check out upon request when possible. Pets are allowed in only one room, please check in advance if that particular room is available for your date of stay. there is an additional charge to pay per pet per stay. Our prices are seasonal and based upon demand.

We are a family run business established many years ago. We will do out best for our customers to have a comfortable stay, please always ask if anything extra is required. We truly hope you will enjoy being a guest in our establishment. In these post pandemic times, we decided not to offer breakfast, to help other businesses of Stratford upon Avon in their recovery, there are many local establishments which offer breakfast. We enjoy meeting new people and keeping in touch with the people we meet but in the same time we are not intrusive. We want to offer our guests the peace & quiet they deserve in their lifes. We have 3 children and a German shepherd dog. We enjoy days out in the nature, skiing, water sports, travellingand just enjoyingthe beautiful town of Stratford upon Avon. W We live across the road from the guest house and when we are not on the premises, we are always contactable via phone or email. We also have a Ring bell fitted at the door.

Penryn Guest House is situated in a safe neighborhood. Most of our guests are walking the route into town and there has been never an issue. As a family with young three children, we think Stratford upon Avon it is a very safe place to be. Their are lots of entertaining places for children, teenagers or very young, starting with Shakespeare's five houses ( The Birthplace, Ann Hathaway cottage, Nash's place, Hall's croft, Mary's Arden farm (the last it is very recommended for young children) as well as Mad Museum, Butterfly Farm and the stroll by the River Avon will take you into the Recreation Ground for that last energy to be burnt out. Stratford upon Avon train station is situated on the same road as Penryn Guest House, 10 minutes walking distance. There is a Morisson supermarket 10 minutes away, next to the train station. Stratford upon Avon college is 5 minutes away from us.
