Huge tv in room. plenty of pillows. Fantastic cup of tea station. Fantastic atmosphere in the foyer and bar area with lovely friendly welcoming staff.
Staff were friendly and happy to help. Modern Hotel with good atmosphere. Location was superb. Breakfast was really good. Well stocked and lively bar. Rooms were spacious and cosy.
Having to leave.
Great location and reasonably priced.
The shower temperature kept going cold when I was in it, really annoying. Other than this no other faults.
Location and room cleanliness!
Girl on desk looked bored and sounded like a robot! Felt as if I was the 10.000th check in of the day!
Excellent location, staff very friendly. Nice bar area downstairs. Rooms were modern and very clean. We had a smoking room which was handy as we are smokers. Room did not have the stale smoke smell we expected!
We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as we thought £12 each was quite expensive.
downstairs decor fabulous, good staff, food tasty
bedrooms look like an ibis budget hotel.
If you love Inverness, this is a great place to stay. Great location and room size. Best hotel bathroom in the UK.
A smidge pricey, but found it worth it in the end.
Great room, clean, fab location!!
Staff were pre occupied with opening event, porter came into room whilst asleep, asked for late departure spoke to two different people and it took over 30 minutes for them to say no!! Not the best customer service!!
Nice and clean, all good
We enjoy our stay at the penta hotel, we stayed for 2 nights we found the staff were very helpful & friendly as we had a baby with us, the hotel is in a great location next to the train station and shops ect, on day of leaving our train was later in the day and the staff were helpful by putting our luggage in the luggage room till we had to leave the hotel, we also had the breakfast deal which was great lots of choice for everyone , we enjoyed our stay at the penta hotel, we will be going back in the future..
Handy for town and station Friendly, comfortable Amazing variety of choices for breakfast
the lounge very cosy and friendly,
rooms were a bit clinical, needed to be more cosy
Great location, with an awesome view across the river.
Our room was in the function building, which was hosting about 60 people that evening. The band played loudly beneath us until midnight, after which the drunken guests continued to shout and sing for several hours. When we mentioned it wasnt a particularly well thought out room allocation, i was told maybe i should have joined in. Oh well..... I think any other time i would be leaving a great review though.
Loved this hotel clean , staff were great , very easy to find hotel from the train station only 200 yards. Would have liked breakfast to have been included and not £15 each had we chosen to have it. Would recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was not included and was £15 each ! The TV kept switching itself off after 30 mins or so !
WiFi didn't work tv remote didn't work charged me twice for the stay and was hassle for me to get my money back didn't sleep at all due to the unconfitable bed every afa cheap looking a blood stain on the duvet covers so all in all not a very nice way to spend a nice romantic weekend
Loved everything. Location was central and close to everything. Free TV with extras, free bathroom toiletries, free wifi, hotel lounge very cosey even included a games console. Had a very enjoyable time.
I personally didn't book in for breakfast as I thought £14 was too expensive.
Welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Good VFM Nice, modern eating / drinking area Room clean and quirky toiletries!
Slight musty smell in corridor (floor 2)
Great central location, stylish room, comfy bed, great shower. Tea/coffee facilities and a bottle of water. Free wifi. Great food in the dining room.
Staff were very friendly & the hotel was very clean . Great location for the bus & train station not even a 5 minute walk . The bar is great but rather pricey for drink . Pool table and playstation 3 in the lounge . 9 / 10
Can't fault the hotel at all apart from the bed I slept on . Not a great mattress but ok for a weekend I suppose . 5/10 for the bed
Main bar area and dining area were fabulous but upon going to room it was a bit like a travelodge very basic. Food great
wifi cost food costs, no parking, for same price I could book Palace hotel with car park and swimming pool
Excellent breakfast buffet and lovely toiletries.
City centre location close to shops pubs and restaurants. Staff you can't say anything bad about very helpful. Rooms are basic but comfy.
Drinks in hotel bar are expensive, and you can't park your car outside hotel.
Very good location and the staff were brilliant.
