The staff were first class and could'nt have be friendlier, although our stay was short it felt as though we'd been coming to the hotel for years.
Only thing that let the room down slightly was no wardrope or storage space for clothes!!
everything else was fine
Breakfast was a bit pricey £15 per.
Location is great Bar area is trendy Sky sports in the room Breakfast was excellent
Bed could have been better Check out tool a wee bit to long
Room good, breakfast good
Bar extortionate, wifi dreadful, no parking
Free pool table
First room we got had a broken bed then we got moved then someone was playing music so loud we couldn't hear the tv and the choice of lager on tap was very poor.
Manageress was excellent in dealing with issue of not having twin bed rooms available when that's what I paid for. Ended up with additional rooms and a package better than I paid for. Renovated reception/bar area was as good/better than most local bars. Location in centre of town was excellent for bars, restaurants and shops.
Paid for twin rooms which had disappeared by time I checked in. Though this seems to be common in hotels that are busy and you check in later in the day. Fee Wi-Fi was very slow.
The location of the hotel. The minimalist style.
The wifi need to be improved.
bed,size of room,location,bar and resaturant decor,helpfull staff
asked for top floor room but didnt get it and they had them.had a disabled bathroom, very big but not what we wanted,no direct line to hotel at weekends, but press option3 and u will get through
The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly
Trying to find an appropriate parking space was hard
Supurb location, really helpful staff & great lounge area.
Very poor wi-fi. Quite frustrating for a tourist who relied on it. Disappointing when everything else was so good.
Funky, central and great breakfast
Free wifi was not really usable for anything but the most basic browsing. They did have faster paid for options though if that's important to you
The location was excellent and the room itself was very clean though basic. Staff were very helpful.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the room could have been doing with some soft furnishings to make it cosier.
The hotel was excellent. Nice friendly staff..relaxed surrounding
No car park ... But bus station car park really close near by
Location, food and staff and interior
Wifi is not free if you want a fast one
Huge tv in room. plenty of pillows. Fantastic cup of tea station. Fantastic atmosphere in the foyer and bar area with lovely friendly welcoming staff.
Staff were friendly and happy to help. Modern Hotel with good atmosphere. Location was superb. Breakfast was really good. Well stocked and lively bar. Rooms were spacious and cosy.
Having to leave.
Great location and reasonably priced.
The shower temperature kept going cold when I was in it, really annoying. Other than this no other faults.
Location and room cleanliness!
Girl on desk looked bored and sounded like a robot! Felt as if I was the 10.000th check in of the day!
Excellent location, staff very friendly. Nice bar area downstairs. Rooms were modern and very clean. We had a smoking room which was handy as we are smokers. Room did not have the stale smoke smell we expected!
We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as we thought £12 each was quite expensive.
downstairs decor fabulous, good staff, food tasty
bedrooms look like an ibis budget hotel.
If you love Inverness, this is a great place to stay. Great location and room size. Best hotel bathroom in the UK.
A smidge pricey, but found it worth it in the end.
Great room, clean, fab location!!
Staff were pre occupied with opening event, porter came into room whilst asleep, asked for late departure spoke to two different people and it took over 30 minutes for them to say no!! Not the best customer service!!
Nice and clean, all good
