Excellent location. 5 minutes to the rail station. Safe luggage storage.
The water pressure for shower was not strong enough. The TV at room turned on automatically at around 3 or 4am when I was sleeping - quite scary.
Great location for bus and rail stations. Excellent for an overnight stay
Nice and clean. Friendly staff
Charged £9.99 for fast speed broadband. Went for breakfast then couldn't get fast speed again. When I complained I still got charged!!
Close to Centre of town
Reception being part of the bar meant check in was loud and took a while. Bar was also very expensive. Bed seemed small. Shower preasure and temperature kept changing, also didnt like that the floor was laminate
Very friendly staff. Great location. Room is very clea
Very noisy even after 12pm.
staff were all very friendly and most helpful, the hotel had a great modern feel was very clean and the rooms were comfy.
the free wifi is too slow.
Very welcoming staff. Interesting bar/reception area!
Room was clean & well equipped, being able to come back to the hotel late on was helpful.
When arriving back at the hotel dyer being out in town, the gentleman that let us back in was very judgemental and rude.
Honestly nothing but location.
Staff were unhelpful and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. Had to be persuaded into compensating for the mistake claiming it was not their fault. It was either suffer or go to another hotel, which would have great if it was not so late. The appliances in the room were so old the plastic turned yellow. The room was small for the price and we were not told that it was a joined room so we ended up walking in on a couple in bed :o embarrassing!!!!!!!!
Great location & nice rooms
The bar was really expensive
Bar area brilliant.
24 hour bar was good
The bar was smart and trendy
The bed was to small and very hard and uncomfortable

very poor choice of drinks in bar come reception. only one draft lager. no choice of vodka especially Smirnoff, no diet Irn Bru , drinks on the pricey side but if they had what we wanted would not have minded the price

Hard Low Bed Poor response with TV Some items at breakfast were hard eg Pancakes, pastries Emptying of bottles in outside bins at 3am.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.. Hotel itself was beautiful inside and relaxed also in a very good location for shops etc if needed would highly recommend
Use old school hotels instead.
