The friendlyness and cooperation of the staff. The geographical position(even though I was born a Camborne) The many fond memories of past visits Service at breakfast was not quite up to past experiences. |

Very professional staff. Nice comfortable public areas. Good Room Service meal and great breakfast. Not a major criticism but, single room was like a shoe box. |

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The meals were presented well and were tasty. No bath towels in our room on arrival - had to wait until the night porter arrived at 11pm before we could be given any, as the receptionist could not leave the reception! Big party on at the hotel on the 1st night, note in reception that the music would end at midnight... |

We has a most enjoyable stay. The Delux Garden room was lovely with very nice ensuite bathroom. It was kept clean and tidy. The food was excellent and the service of the highest standard. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pianists were very talented and we enjoyed their selection of music during our evening meals. |

The food was excellent, and the staff were very good. The Hotel was very clean, and the atmosphere was excellent. The room I had was a 'Garden Room', it was very comfortable and quite roomy. The bathroom was very plush (Marble tiles all around) with plenty of hot water for a bath or shower (The shower unit was brilliant, and easy to control) There was no information in the room about the hotel (Menu, meal times, spa use etc.) The toilet roll holder fell off wall when first used, The toilet flush was not very efficient at all, I did complain about that, but 2 night's stay is too short to have that corrected I guess. |

Friendly welcoming staff, lovely fresh breakfast, parking plentiful. Although the room was large and comfortable as it had french windows on to a small courtyard you cant have a window open at night-just a personal preference |

Plenty of space in car park, even though there was an event in progress when we arrived, we had no trouble finding somewhere to park. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Very nice, spacious room. Nice restaurant. When we arrived back at the hotel after an evening out, there was no hot water in the wash basin taps. The room went quite cold over-night. The kettle in our room didn't work and we had to try three times before we could contact anyone in reception, but to be fair, they replaced the kettle straight away when we did finally manage to speak to someone! |

The staff were really excellent - created a great atmosphere as a result. We stayed there as part of a wedding party, so this made the day even better. |

Rooms clean and quiet, resteraunt food very good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly, bar clean and beer well kept - well done! The towel rail in the room I had is mounted above the bath making it easy to touch the very hot rail with bare skin when getting in or out - quite dangerous!. |
