It is friendly, clean and has a very good restaurant. Breakfast was comprehensive and very good. There is a car park right next door at a reasonable price for London of £24 per day.

everything, stayed here many times and will continue to stay, as its in a perfect location for what I want to do. I would think as a regular guest they would upgrade me some times.
Paying for parking, could be discounted by the hotel, or included. Outside while loading bags, Taxi driver Blocked me in because I parked in the Taxi Block, only because taxis were in the single drop off box, was a little annoyed, as after a 3 night stay this driver blocked us in and refused to move until Sandwiches and coffee finished, hotel did not assist with this, as only 1 single drop off box little inconvenient

Location Bedding Sauna The Egyptian bedding
Bed was horrifically uncomfortable as it was far to soft, akin to sleeping on marshmallow. I was nearly crippled in agony after a nights sleep (well not really sleep as it was so uncomfortable, I kept waking up) I ended up sleeping on the couch with the bedding over me, it really was that bad. £11 for a glass of red wine! £36 parking for 2 nights, that turned out to be a very expensive late checkout (12) At £250 it was taking the pee to then also charge for WiFi. We won't be returning.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast was ok but could be improved, e.g. with fresh juices and more fruit.
Good size room Spotlessly clean Short bus ride or walk to Slone Square & Kings Road Choose room at the front of hotel if you don't want to hear trains or view the construction of Battersea power station (we do enjoy this view, part of London heritage ) On the whole one of out fave hotels in Chelsea
Very disappointed with check in. Left bags at reception at 12 noon. Understandably our room was not ready. Not a problem, we went shopping. Manager said room should be ready in couple of hours. Fine. Returned to hotel at 3, room not ready (check in was 2) we were told; guests from night before checked out late (not really our problem) & that we had requested a high room, reducing the availability of rooms. Like the delay was our own fault for requesting a specific room. (However, we did request this at the time of our booking). We finally got in our room at around 4pm. no offer of complementary coffee for the inconvenience, this was provided at our request. Following a call to Bookkng.com Paul spoke to the hotel manager, a reduction in rate was offered as a gesture of good will of£23. All was fine in the end, However, a display of good customer service; ie coffee, gesture of good will would have been preferred without us having to complain. Learning curve for staff I feel.
