The way we were treated by the hotel when they tried to cancel our confirmed booking less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive. Terrible attitude by the reservations staff.

Took a long time for the concierge to get cabs in the mornings.

I liked the welcome. All the staff were great . Room was very spacious.

The bathroom smelt slightly damp.

Have stayed here before and just love the king rooms especially the ones facing Battersea Park. Have had mobile phone reception issues here before but staying in room 722 on my last trip, the mobile network was top notch.

everything was fine ,clean and luxury.There is a bus stop very near and you can go wherever you like easily.Strongly recommend

Very spacious room, view of London ( but not the tracks). Clean, new Did not get to the spa or pool cause we were out. There is a small conveince store where you can get tour tickets, show tickets at discount, and advice on how to get somewhere using the transit system

Staff sometimes seemed confused on questions about the area and the business nook lacked printer ink, and having to pay for room wireless internet

I like the location as it overlooks Battersea power station so a good view over London from the rooms to the back of the hotel which you dont always get in a city centre hotel. There are no tubes nearby but the 44 bus is right outside the front door which takes you to Victoria in 10 minutes.

Bath has no shower attachment but there is a seperate shower in the bathroom.

Very comfortable, spacious room, with sofa/sitting area and a small fridge. Excellent, attentive service from staff. Fantastic view from the 10th floor to Battersea power station and the Thames. Small indoor pool with unique blue mood lighting is a nice treat, very uncommon in London hotels. Battersea Park across the road was beautiful and really enjoyable on a sunny weekend.

Paying for Internet - it should be free in a hotel of this caliber. The gym was very small - for a "spa" hotel I expected more. Location is a bit far from the nearest tube station (10-15 mins walk to Sloane Square), although there is frequent bus service from outside the hotel to the tube, and in good weather it is a pleasant walk across the river.

Great value parking at the weekend next door at only £4 for 24 hours. Lovely being close to Battersea Park. We got a free upgrade!

Not the fault of the hotel, but was hoping for a relaxing swim Saturday evening and the pool was very busy

The staff were so hard working, efficient & friendly. Rooms quite spacious for London. Great food, both in the bar area & the restaurant.

Parking right at side of hotel,really cheap at weekend. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Enviroment relaxing ,restaurant on site with excellent choice , quality food and service,all in all I couldn't fault it.must remember my swimming trunks next time.Brilliant stay,thanks.

Modern decor.

Stayed here for a relaxing weekend with my hubby, nice modern rooms, beds are so hard though we both repeatedly woke up with dead arms and hips, were only early 30's so god help us if we'd been older and arthritic, location not the best nearest tube is pimlico around 30 mins walk or £15 cad ride away no good if you want to pop into The shops on and off. Wouldn't stay again. Also a lot of noisy hen parties very rude at 3.30am.

No broadband in hotel room, only public areas which was a little annoying, also the pool was a little cold

Excellent, friendly,clean and comfortable hotel with efficient staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.This was our second visit and we look forward to staying again.

Good competent hotel and good value pleasant staff and on useful bus route 137 to Oxford Circus.

Slightly remote location we did not find any nearby shops cafes restaurants etc

Clean, comfotrable room. Bus stop next to hotel entrance, as well as easy access to metro. Quiet room. Really nice pub nearby "the magic garden" just 5 minutes walking.

No minibar. WiFi for free only in a little lobby.

Staff and facilities were great.

Room was too warm so couldn't sleep. Tried opening the window but couldn't sleep with noise of trains. Overall slept badly while at the Pestana unfortunately.

I thought the room size was very generous and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and there were plenty of them on hand at all times. Breakfast was excellent.

If I am being picky there wasn't enough lighting in the bathroom and a heated towel rail or something to warm the bathroom up would have been nice.

The location, room, bedding, size of the room, decor, facilities. Reasonable and convenient car parking facilities.
