Soft bed Food in pub next door Large room
Duvets so big and heavy I felt like I was being crushed! To warm to have as cover but room to cold without it.
Help in moving room very helpful.
Noise of road in first room on first night.
Room was comfortable
Too noisy traffic , not enough towels ,not enough tea bags ,milk or sugar .Air con did not work .
Attentiveness of staff was outstanding! I had several details that needed to be sorted out including internet, printing boarding passes and hiring cabs and the staff provided incredible and timely help. The room was very comfortable and the food at the Great Oak was amazing.
Nothing bad to say and I'm trying my best but I can't find anything wrong. Thanks for everything!
Reception staff. Restaurant
Although not loud the music in the dining room was always vocal no light orchestral music. It was "pop" music of the modern kind which we "oldies "have difficulty in listening to
As always a comfortable and accessible stay
Early check in was organised in advanced Nice & roomy Free parking Very comfortable bed with pillow options
Reception wasn't as streamlined as it has been before. Many guest loitering awaiting decisions. Booked a taxi via reception and then it didn't show up so another one booked mad us late for a wedding.
receptionist Elizabeth was very attentive and positive she assisted us with every query made.
The inflated cost of the room because it is a 'busy' period
Breakfast choice. Restaurant staff. Cleanliness. Bedroom.
Drinks expensive. Location.....convenient for travelling but inconvenient for town.
ease of access off A3 booking in friendly and welcoming restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful spacious comfortable room M&S food on site a bonus
noisy at night even with windows closed
Very clean, comfortable, spacious rooms
Road noise from A3 so bad (even with double-glazed windows closed) we had a really bad first night; on our second night, a room facing the other side was still noisy but bearable.
Most was to an expected standard. But!
When booking, ( well in advance), I requested to be in a quiet part of the hotel. Our room was facing the access road in to the site and although there are a trees and shrubs, the motorway is also on that side. Do you really consider that to be quiet?
Breakfast 24 hour reception
Beds a bit too hard for us
Nice clean room and of good size.
Bedroom at front of hotel and a lot of traffic noise consequently.
Clean and good quality of service and room comfortable.
Very noisy all night long as close to road, with constant traffic. Not easy to sleep if you are used to a quiet area
My niece was getting married at The Tithe Barn, it's location was just 5 miles from the Premiere Inn.The staff couldn't do enough for us, they let us check in early and use 4 of the 5 rooms that we had booked. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast and dinning area superb!! We would most definately use again to explore more of the surrounding area.
Cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, there were cups for all the family to have a drink in the room, the breakfasts were of a good quality and the serving staff lovely.
It was a warm night and had to decide between open window and loud road traffic noise or the noise of the fan (which was loud). Opted for the fan but kept us awake.
location, food, outside terrace, staff helpfull, fairly fast service.
noise from traffic at night
breakfast and spacey rooms
noise of motorway and cars that visited petrolstation/mcdonalds
Fairly easy to get to. Good sized room with tv and facilities for a drink. Good breakfast.
30 minutes only free wi fi. While the breakfast service was good on our 2nd day (Saturday) it was rather slow on our 1st day. The evening meal service on our 1st evening (a Thursday)was poor. We had a table for 9 and it was quiet in the restaurant. We had to prompt several times for the basics.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Noise from the road all night long so unable to have windows open on a very hot and sticky night. The guarantee for a "good night's sleep" was not fulfilled!
Convenience and comfort of premier Inn
Had to wait longer than expected for service at both dinner and breakfast at Table Table restaurant
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet at night and we weren't woken up by other guests returning to the hotel late at night. We couldn't hear the noise from the road with the windows closed.
As the hotel is based at a service station on a busy main road we were unable to keep the windows open at night. Unfortunately it was an extremely hot couple of nights.
The helpfullness of staff.
