comfortable bedrooms, modern decoration orientation of the flat is a bit strange to me- a long hallway when you step into the flat (room 1101) with several doors on each side which lead to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and the dining room + living room area. To get the key is quite difficult with your luggage and takes sometime to walk to the actual flat. Location not that ideal for west London shopping.

-Perfect flat!! We got a 3-floor maisonette on the 20th floor of the building. -The view was amazing!! We could see all the central London (Shard, Tower Bridge, London Eye etc) from every room. - Very safe location. Only 15 min to City by DLR. -Luxury furniture. -Great quality!!! Real value for money!! -Keys had to be collected from another place, but I already knew it and it was not a big problem. -Some power trips when switching on the oven.

Our room was very big more than our image, and It was amazing view. I like their comfortable sofa and bed. Actually,we received a wrong room number, and we confused for half hour. They didn't have enough amenities, shampoo, conditioner and towels. We stayed for 5 days but we used same towels.

A great place to stay that's out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but so close to easy transport that it only takes 15 minutes to get to the city! It was great to have a kitchen and lounge room especially with kids! And we watched the NYE fireworks from our balcony! Perfect!!

Our apartment (Apt 1102, 4 Mastmaker Lane, Canary Wharf) was in a good location for seeing London. It was a brisk 10 minute walk across the footbridge to the tube station, 15 minutes with the stroller. From there, you could get anywhere you wanted in London. The views were lovely and the apartment was spacious and made a good impression. The building felt safe and secure. There were plenty of dining options nearby, lots of things to see if you didn't feel like venturing out far, and online grocery delivery was also an option for this location through Sainsbury's. When we first walked in the building, we were hit with the smell of rotting rubbish (on the first floor). This stayed throughout our trip, probably coming from the rubbish room. There was a strange smell in the hallway on our level which, by the end of our 5 day stay had started to creep into the apartment. Their cot rental is too expensive. I would advise people to use a baby equipment hire company in London that offers delivery. We found one for half the price using Google but, in the end, were able to bring our own. Our other trips to London have always included a free cot when you stay somewhere, so do your research. There were no facecloths provided and for 3 adults and 1 toddler, they only gave us 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. There was something wrong with the thermostat during our stay. The lowest we could get it to go (despite reading and following all of the instruction manuals) was 24.5C. We ended up spending a lot of time with the windows open. Overall, we were glad with the rental (price, location, appearance) but they could improve in a few areas.

The only problem we had was when we booked in. The reception is not at the apartment itself it is a mile down the road. We were not inform about that, so as you can image we had unload the car and walked over to the apartment to find out that the reception was a mile away so we had to load the car again. Apart from that everything else was all good.

Friendliness of staff, comfort and space available, quality of furnishings. No parking available in premises, although this is a fairly minor issue as there are off-site parking alternatives suggested by the staff.

Very clean and spacious with good amenies. The distance between the location to check in and the apartment location is miles away. It is long walk, at least 20 mins walk and it is not a comfortable walk if you have a lot of luggages and children.

The apartment is neat and cosy while the location is superb. I really enjoyed my stay. I wonder why a two bedroom apartment will have one toilet. this is the first apartment in the whole world that has only one toilet in a two bed room apartment.
