We stayed here last year and really liked the hotel. The staff are very helpful, the situation is excellent. We liked the cosy bar which gave us the chance to meet up with friends before going out. The breakfast is good and my husband paid the extra for the full English, which kept him going for the whole day. Good price for London. This year we had a different room which wasn't so nice - very small although there was a small mezzanine with another bed which gave some extra space. I think this room is in need of renovation.

Staff all so helpful and friendly. Very clean bathrooms/rooms. Rooms cleaned daily/towels changed daily. Ambience is wonderful....lovely little nooks to sit in and read the complimentary papers after a very adequate continental breakfast.

Very clean, especially the linen. Bathroom probably quite recently refurbished. Good selection of cereal, cold meet, rolls, coffees, juice at the breakfast buffet. Tiny room, but it cost v little. The one I had was downstairs next to the bar, and so there was a little passing noise, but not much.

Good location and a perfectly good room. A little small, but not a problem for one night and had everything I needed for a very good price. The room was a little tired and worn, but saying that it was clean and the shower room was modern. A little disappointed that it was an additional £7.50 for a cooked breakfast .....

Room was clean, staff were helpful, excellent location even though not exactly central London. There was quite a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms and outside, you could hear a lot of what was going on from inside the room.

2nd time stay in the same hotel speaks for itself. Cosy, comfortable, clean, warm and meets all my needs. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from and adequate shopping outlets/malls around necessary for the traveler - medicine to optician to umbrella shops. Breakfast spread can be improved.

This hotel is not for business trips I'd say, for business choose another locations (expensive, but quite), next to Bayswater is Notting Hill, Hyde Park, Oxford street on the bus is just 10 minutes

Bayswater is a nice area Old used tiny rooms, ok for a bed and breakfast, unreasonable for a Best Western hotel. They ask to pay all the stay in advance at check-in, which is a sign they fear travelers leave once they see the room. I will never come back, worst value for money I ever had in London through booking.com.

I have stayed at the hotel before. It is conveniently located, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. Whilst the decor is a little dated, the hotel has flat screen TVs and modern bathrooms. The hotel is reasonable value for money and feels safe. The hotel also feels very safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends.
