After never being to Bournemouth before I wasn't sure what to expect f the place, but the location was perfect! Nice and close to the beach and the shops. The rooms had recently been redone and were very spacious- the bed was sooo comfy. All staff were extremely polite (even during the 8am fire alarm). The breakfast was fanntastic, so much choice and once again the staff attended your every need.
Wifi was down when we went which was a shame. Room was also a little dusty, but nothing major.
The rec staff very nice breakfast and staff lovely, great location would stay again.
Room was nothing like any of the pictures very dated.
bed was amazingly comfortable, staff very helpful and cheerful. breakfast was brilliant, local bus service right outside of hotel was excellent, reliable service, everthing was perfect
nothing not to like, would stay here again and highly recommend
Very clean and we'll worth the money.
The room was a little too small and made us both feel a little uncomfortable. Other than that everything was perfect!
Was very clean, all staff were brilliant, the location is a short distance to the pier and other feature points and the breakfast was top notch. We will stay here again without a doubt.
Nothing comes to mind
The staff was lovely and very helpful! The breakfast was good and the location was great!!
The only thing we did not like about the hotel was the bed. It was not firm enough.
Bed so comfy Staff very friendly & helpful Free parking
Sensitive lift Slow with the sausages & bacon in the morning
The staff ,breakfast, and how modern and clean it was downstairs, and perfect location for main town, beach, and local shops,
My room was more old fashioned nothing like any of the nice pictures shown and bit of damp or built up condensation on 1 wall , was bit disheartened as that is what attracted me to the hotel, but other than that lovely stay and would stay again.
the staff were all courteous, kind and willing to help in whatever way they could The food was excellent (we booked for dinner as well as B&B) with a varied menu, good presentation
The drunken & noisy behaviour of 4 other guests throughout Hallowee'n
friendly welcoming staff, cleanlyness. We stayed half board, resturant staff amazing and very helpful.food was fresh and very enjoyable a small selection each night (less waste)breakfast was buffet style everything from taost, yogurt, fruit to full english. thank you for a lovely stay
parking could be tight ,however we were able to park.
Price, breakfast, location, friendly staff, parking
Bedroom was very small and a bit stuffy - bed was too soft. But all ok considering the price!
The food was amazing Location close to the sea front Very clean hotel and nicely decorated and kept up to date
Double bed was a little too small Too much furniture in the room making the room feel cramped.
very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and evening meal . very easy short walk to the town centre and the beach .clean room and great nights sleep .
road can be a little busy in the rush hour .
Efficient welcome and lift to pleasing room on 2nd floor, view of pine trees towards East Cliff. Pleasingly neutral decor, room and bathroom well cleaned. Night porter polite and helpful. Breakfast room delightful decor and superb service ; all buffet items of highest quality. Amazing value for money! Will certainly hope to stay again.
WiFi in rooms unavailable ("recent storm damage"). Double-glazing unit in window failed and opaque because of condensation inside it. Radiator noisy although it didn't get hot. Bathroom carpet stained - washable flooring would be better.
Good rooms Excellent breakfast Very good value
Main road noisy at front Poor Wifi
Friendly staff, good breakfast in lovely decorated dining room, nice lounge area, good value for money.
Room was fairly small so even at this time of year it got a bit warm in there, wi-fi only available in the lounge area and even then connection kept being lost, and the lift was hilarious, room for only 2 people with a small suitcase.
Location, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast.
mattress, room needs renovation, terrible smell in the room
The room was acceptable
The restaurant closed before the time stated. The signal and wifi is very poor.
Nice room and good food.
Location to town.
Care home environment.old décor and 1920^s music every where. Dissapointed from moment you step in the foyer. Smallest double room I have ever seen, you had to cross the bed to get around the room.Wardrobe didn't close, swang open all the time.Parking taken over by ball room dance classes,so you have to park away from hotel.Theres a lot of decent hotels in the town, don't stay here.
I like the staff, really kind and gentle
the room was not really tidy
Stayed on a half board basis. Food in the restaurant very good.Beds were very comfortable. staff were great. A few mins walk into Bournemouth. Good value for money.
Couple of small niggles. Would be great to have a safety deposit box in the room to store valuables not have to leave at reception. Also some A couple of Electric sockets near the bed beside the bed would be useful.
