Piccolino Hotel  

Room 7 was really nice , well laid out ,quite spacious , friendly staff , stairs weren't steep and left luggage before & after checking in / out no problems and excellent location just minutes walk from tube and hyde park.. Will use again

Rooms are of a nice style, great value for central London, very close to Paddington Station (5 minutes walk at most). Breakfast fairly typical buffet fare but included in the price.

The location is the main thing about this hotel as it is situated between 2 tube stations - paddington and bayswater...paddington is a large interchange station so that was really useful...it's also within Zone 1 of the Tube so you don't have to pay more for travelling between zones...

There were many things that were disturbing about this hotel... 1) Small room for 4 adults. Quite squeezy, 1 bathroom and difficult in the morning when everyone is trying to get ready. But the small room size in London is to be expected I guess.. 2) A bit run down, broken door handles, lack of double glazed windows... 3) Sense of security seems to be quite low...we came back on 2 nights to find the large window open...this was scary because the room was on the first floor facing the street..the reception's assurance of safety didn't do very much for us...despite asking for it not to be opened, it still was on the next day...thankfully, nothing was missing. 4) Beds were quite worn and we could feel the springs 5) Breakfast ends at 9am so not for late-risers

We thought that the hotel was exactly as described and was comfortably appointed . Our room was on the inside of the building and very quiet.Continental breakfast was excellent and the staff very polite and helpful. We would stay here again and would wish to have a room with a balcony.We would recommend the hotel because it is homely, pleasant and not huge and impersonal. keep up the standards.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

Good location-Paddington st.tube is only 3-5 min.walk away.Nice,very tidy,but very small room (but it's normally for Londen's hotels). Friendly staff,good breakfast. Really good value for money.

The Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast offerred a lot of choice. The location was excellent for getting around London. The room was clean and the price was competitive.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic.

Not a complaint, but a suggestion if fried eggs can also be introduced. Will be a great addition in the great breakfast.

1.Efficient and considerate staff at the reception especially Mr.Azim and Mr.Adnan have been really very nice to me during my stay.I Literally felt being at my own home. 2.Good sized rooms. 3.Peaceful and calm environment for studies or privacy. 4.Timely and efficient house keeping. 5.Internet facility was nice. 6.Toilets were real neat n clean. 7.Wonderful location from the nearest Tube Station.Just a walking distance.

1.Wooden floors at certain points being old or worn out made a bit noise and made us weary of disturbing residents under our room. 2.Bed shests were timely made up and tugged in daily but I would have loved it even more if the quilt covers would also have changed before we checked -in as I felt them to be a bit dusty when I used them. 3.Water bottles should be available in every single room in the hotel.it would be a great convinience

I stayed four nights house keeping staff cleaned room everyday good value, all staff helpful and friendly.
