the room we lived in is very large and comfortable. It is near the Paddington and almost all famous attractions. Perfect economy hotel.

Room 7 was really nice , well laid out ,quite spacious , friendly staff , stairs weren't steep and left luggage before & after checking in / out no problems and excellent location just minutes walk from tube and hyde park.. Will use again

Everything. perfect location: only a block or two away from Paddington station and Hyde Park; near plenty of places to eat, and neighborhood was quiet at night. Very friendly, accomodating, and helpful staff; room was as advertised; great price; Free continental breakfast, and free WiFi with a strong signal; charming building and decor; room was perfectly clean and comfortable, slept very well; Perfect!

Located near Paddington tube and train station, comfortable, not too noisy, good quality for the price, in London and good staff.

Rooms are usually small in such buildings and this hotel is no exception. Breakfast was not exciting.

First of all, the service from front desk is very helpful and polite. They give you a heart warming feeling to the hotel. Indeed, you should be proud to have such a good serving staff that enlighten the guests. I must say giving you the thumb up for all the staff you now have in your hotel. Please convey our heart felt appreciation and thanks to them for the excellent services rendered. Will return to your hotel again if I've the next opportunity and certainly would recommend others too to your hotel. Kudos.......B.rgds/Neo

Excellent staff. Rooms better than average for the area.

This hotel is clean and safe, and we had great showers with plenty of hot water. The rooms are cozy, with nice hard wood floors. I chose this hotel because I needed a second room for our three sons, and I wanted to make sure they each had their own bed--no fighting over who gets the sofa. We were able to get a room with three separate beds, without paying the price of a suite, so it suited us perfectly. I didn't expect to spend much time in the hotel, other than sleeping and showering, and that was indeed the case. The hotel is just a short walk to Paddington Station, so we used London's fabulous public transit to get anywhere we wanted to go, and we did tons of sightseeing and saw a couple of great shows. We left by 10:00 A.M. and sometimes didn't return until almost midnight.

Breakfast was offered each morning, but I really didn't bother with it. We ran down to get some juice if we wanted it, but I've had much better hotel breakfasts. I ended up purchasing some great fresh fruit each night, on the way home to the hotel, and I ate that for breakfast instead. Also, this hotel was more than likely a house at one point, so while the rooms at the Piccolino are adequate, they are small, and the bathrooms are just plain tiny--plenty of hot water, but barely enough room. I didn't mind that, but my husband did.

Reception staff were very helpful and it was very close to Paddington.

A very good room, just refurbished I think. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Very good value.

Room was up quite a few stairs on the 3rd floor.

Decent breakfast (Continental) and good location. Cosy room.

It was close to the station the people at the reception were polite and the rooms were big and comfortable.

You get what you pay for.
