Pleascent staff, good food, quiet but in the hart of a busy port and access to a beach and local shops attractions. Very good bar with excellent local bear. Due to kitchen extract unable to open window. Room had airconditioning but was a bit noisy at night. |

Friendly, helpful staff, decent range of restaurants, also near to other local amenities, plenty of parking Very noisy, our room was above kitchen and large extractor fan on wall next to our window. This remained on for most of the day and night. Also disturbed by kitchen staff very early in the morning, shouting, singing, talking loudly, sounds of bottles in crates etc. Also springs on some bedroom doors were very tight, so we experienced lots of slamming doors at night. |

Excellent location right on harbour front in Charlestown just outside St Austell. Hotel shares parking with another establishment a short walk away - no problems. Tranquil but handy base to visit Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Excellent food so no need to go out searching after a day spent sight seeing. Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again. |

We had a lovely stay at the hotel - we found all the staff were really friendly and the service was very good, our room was cosy and very comfortable. The location of the hotel just made the whole stay perfect I just wish we'd stayed longer. I'll definatly be recommending it to other people coming to cornwall. |

Fabulous location on the harbourside.Breakfast was lovely. Bistro good. Waiting staff very good. Room was small and rather basic. I have had better rooms at £30 per head b&b's. I know they are refurbishing gradually. |

I liked the location of the hotel. Charlestown is picturesque and there is plenty to do in the vicinity. The hotel was comfortable and the facilities fully met our needs. |

The location is fantastic, set on a minute working harbour with tall ships. The restaurant had excellent food and a reasonable wine list list. Struggling to find criticisms: tio pepe sherry was not chilled, fan in bathroon was very noisy & ran for a long time after light switch-off |

The staff were excellent - professional, friendly and helpful at all times. And the location is brilliant - eating breakfast while watching the early morning sun rise over the harbour is a real memory. |

Lovely friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities were great A bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but that was not a problem to us. I stress that there was a band playing (I Think) in the Harbourside Inn, but, all was quiet after midnight. |

Located along a private road, a short distance from the A38, the Cliff Head hotel is close to gorgeous sandy beaches and coves. |
Built in Tudor times and later extended, this beautiful, peaceful and informally elegant English country house is set in an area of outstanding beauty. |
In the heart of St. Austell stands a grand Georgian hotel offering en suite rooms, all recently refurbished to a high standard. |
We are a 42 bedroom Inn located just off the main A30 in Cornwall, ideally situated for business or pleasure. All our rooms are furnished to a high modern standard. |
