The views across the valley are idyllic, we really enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. The location was ideal for us, as we wanted to visit Hereford, Ludlow and the Wye Valley. Nothing

Spacious comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff and the rural setting and views but with easy access to Hereford a short drive away. The food was excellent and good value. The games facilities for children and teenagers could do with updating and investment. What there was was a bit limited and lots of bits missing eg chess.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Everything was first class. The bar man, Trevor, i think his name was extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. For what we paid, we thought it exc value for money and would thoroughly recommend it. Views breathtaking.

All rouind cosey feel to the place. Friendly welcome which continued for the 2 night duration. Had to complain of a filthy, grimey, slimey wash basin plug on the underside of the plug. No - I was not looking for faults like a hotel inspector - I just happened to touch the underside - ughhhh!! Empty drink glasses were left on our dinner table for the duration of our dinner, from some friends who had a drink with us but did not eat. A table on the outside patio had coffee pots, cups etc left there for the best part of an afternoon, even though staff were laying up dinner tables in sight of the patio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the evening meal (fillet steak) was out of this world and was the best steak I have tasted. We both enjoyed our cocktails too. We thank you and keep up the standard. You have been recommended already.

The staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. The room was very clean and well furnished. The meal in the restaurant was very good and the selection of wine was fine. I liked every thing and would definitely return to the Pilgrim.
