It was convieniently located in the middle, close to High Street and the Cathedral. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Noisy guests arriving late at night. |

The hotel was in an excellent location right in the heart of the city within a minute from the main street. The room was lovely, very clean and tidy and most comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel extremely welcome. All in all this hotel was one of the finest that I have ever stayed in and would certainly come again. |

The hotel location was wonderful, just 10m away from the High Street. We went to Canterbury for spending New Year Day away from London, mainly for shopping and dining. Their restaurant food was nice as well including thier breakfast. The floor was a bit squarky, especially the noise from the upstair's room was a bit disturbing. |

A pleasant, comfortable hotel in the city centre with attentive staff and good breakfasts, excellent for visiting Canterbury. The room, and particularly bathroom were small, but the hotel represents very good value for price. My only suggestion is that the room could have stronger lighting - it is not especially easy to read in the room. |

Well located for visiting the city. Nice room with 4 poster bed. Staff friendly and helpful It would have been nice if there had been a lounge area (other than the seat in reception) to be able to have a drink. There is a bar area but no comfy seats in there. |

Pleasant. Easy for the centre. Good all round service. Looking forward to my next visit in January. May-be lack of car parking. However, not too much of a problem where we were asked to park. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful, the breakfasts were excellent and the location ideal for access to the town. The standard of cleaniness was not good thick layer of dust on most surfaces. Broken window in room .Bathroom extremely cramped, door did not close properly and thermostat on shower wasn't working. |

Staff were friendly and service was good. The hotel was clean and tidy.Discounted parking was handy. No stools at the bar so you had to go and sit at a table with people eating round about you. I like to be at the bar. |

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff were especially bright and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. A lounge area, with comfortable chairs, would have been nice - somewhere to relax and read the paper! |
