The log cabins themselves are really nice and relaxing.
The showers wasn't working properly it was more of a drizzle.
Venue and accomdation closeness to both coast and hills
Having to pay to use the swimming pool newly introduced this year for non diamond members stopped me from using the pool on principle
Location, close to a function we attended. Very comfortable. Although close to motorway we weren't really aware of it.
A bit far to BBQ area from our lodge but you do have to account for irresponsible people who may not be particularly safety savvy.
All of the holiday was relaxing friendly and beautiful I recommend it and we will be going back
We stayed in a studio for two, plenty of room, and had a view of the lake every thing was immaculate, and everything you needed for a comfortable stay Meals in restaurant excellent, so were all of the staff, couldn't fault it at all.
Having to go back to reality !
Delightful location! Lodge was warm and comfortable .Clean and enough extra room for seating guests.Staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved the daily quiz!
There was no oven - and no mention of this in the details! Only a microwave. There was a charge made for use of the pool. The daily rate for wifi was very expensive.
Location & local amenities
Bath was too small,

The cabin was stunning, very spacious and homely.
The pool was cold especially for a toddler and we had to pay to use the pool each time we wanted to. I also think an add price for wifi was a bit mich too.
Ideal location with lovely surroundings.accommodation and facilities excellent
Only downside in studio no oven
The food was good staff helpful good to relax
The path should go all way round lake swimming and gym should be in price and wifi shound be free
the swimming pool and spa should be all inclusive in the prices quoted
that i had to pay for it. (we are gold members of diamond resort and couldn't get in with our points]
everything was excellent lodge, swimming staff food...
Very Clean Easy to find Above basic
£100 refundable deposit when you check in - even though the room isnt checked before you leave? Didnt make sense. Combi microwave - no oven No privacy - chairs at the front door but not in a secluded spot.
Setting was lovely , the meal we had in the restaurant was great. Studio was clean and facilities of a high standard
Our only dislike was that the duvet made it too warm to sleep well and there was no alternative
Quiet location - helpful staff - comfortable lodges - restaurant food good and not too expensive Good location
Having to pay to go swimming. Having to pay for wi fi. But more than that not being told about it until you read the blurb in your lodge.
The lodges were lovely, beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and the scenery beautiful
My stay at Pine Lakes was very disappointing due to the fact that on the advertisement when clicking on accommodation pictures for a studio room it should exterior shots of what turned out to be 2 bedroom apartments. As you can imagine arriving at the Resort to find that you are staying in what can only be described as terrace shed instead of the lovely detached log cabins you see when clicking on studio apartment accommodation. I portrayed my dissatisfaction to Diamond Resorts directly only to be told initially I was wrong all pictures clearly illustrate the accommodation provided as you can see below a small part of the response to my original email “I have viewed the information on the booking.com site and they do in fact specify different phot's for each type of accommodation - clicking on studio unit shows a photo of the studio apartments.” It was only when I provided screen shots of the website did infact Diamond Resort accept that what was shown was not a studio apartment however did no accept this was their fault. The customer service for a company within the hospitality industry was the worse I have even encountered and hope will ever encounter, I would urge anybody considering this Resort to choose and alternative that does provide what is advertised an stay clear of Diamond Resorts as a whole.
Lovely lodge, well equipped and stunning surroundings
Late check in (4pm)and early check out (10 am), cleaners had even put their bags on our veranda before we had left. No entertainment on a Saturday evening due to change over day, we were only there for the Saturday so no entertainment provided that night
It was so peaceful a beautiful setting and we would like to come back for longer the lake is gorgeous just sat and enjoyed the view
Went for a night as a surprise wiv off my partner.staff were welcoming.lovely lake to go for a walk.nice food.we stayed in a studio which was spacious and had everything you would need.defo stay again
Friendly staff, beautiful views, comfortable and well thought out lodge. Very easy to get to and find! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Food at the restaurant was fairly average, but still acceptable value for money
