Everything provided even to washing up liquid.Studio very modern, no hassle from timeshare reps.

Only cleaned day before we left.

Loved the lodge we were very impressed we had clean modern two bed lodge with two bathrooms and all mod cons and my daughter loved the pool which was also very clean.

The restaurant, the menu was fair but we had to wait over an hour for food even though we had booked. The food was ok but nothing special, which was a bit disappointing, we will order take away from town if we come again.

The standard of the accommodation was excellent. The staff were very good. Thoroughly enjoyed and planning a return visit.

Lovely Spacious cabin. Well set up for families Impressed with all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc) and all the cutlery, crockery you need. Clean Friendly staff Nice food in restaraunt Water skiing on the lake was amazing

There was a `funny/unpleasent' smell in our cabin. ?cause. We did complain, but as it was the bank holiday weekend and pretty busy, all the staff could offer were air freshners. Presume it was just bad luck and it wouldn't put us off going again. The cabin was immaculate it just didn't smell good!

It was a very relaxing peaceful resort. It was also a good base to drive and visit parts of the Lake District.

Price a bit higher than other similar parks we have stayed.

Pine Lodges were lovely and clean and very spacious. All the facilities were clean. The staff were extremely friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good and very reasonably priced. Very good location for the Lake District.

the situation round the lake and the design and comfort of the studio.Everyone was very friendly.

the extractors in kitchen and bathroom not very effective. We arrived in the dark and had problems finding our studio because we were told to go to a parking place "that would be nearer".It was not !

Our 2 bedroom lodge was fantastic. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Staff couldn't do enough. Restaurant food and service were great. Pool and facilities were a nice bonus.

We enjoyed everything at Pine Lake. We were staying with our son and family whose children were 10months and 3 so found all the facilities were excellent. Everything was well kept and spotless.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Its was a great deals used as a stop off before going further south. Would use again

Lodge was lovely very comfortable. Lovely setting by the lake. Very handy for all local villages. Good food at the bar & restaurant. Helpful staff at reception.

We were quite a way from the main reception. ( we did mention this on leaving and were advised that we could request a lodge nearer facilities next time) Lots of Midges!

Ease of location, convenient access from and to M6. The studio 7 was beautiful and clean.Full of kitchen equipment for self catering if need.layout of kitchen was well planed. Food was vgood and reasonable priced, The staff were very courtious.

Both my wife and I are disabled and had difficulty climbing into the bath for a shower(we found out later that studios 3 & 6 have wet rooms).

Accomodation and facilities good, staff helpful.

Restaurant food not great and understaffed, could not cope with the amount of people wanting to use the restaurant so long wait for food which was very disappointing.

We stayed for a rest for the night as our wedding anniversary and wanted to relax studio was excellent.

Even though we arrived a few hours earlier than 4.00 p.m. the receptionist did her best to find out if we could enter the cabin earlier and even offered us another cabin which we could have gone into straight away however we decided to wait until our original one was prepared. We were allowed to use the facilities of Pine Lake whilst we waited and had a lovely lunch and some drinks. It was well worth the wait as the cabin was really lovely, view over the lake, exceptionally clean, furnishings were of a very quality. We were not expecting the dishwasher and washing machine so these were an added bonus.

We thought that the entertainment could have been somewhat more professional. There was plenty of variety and we did not take part in all of the activities but the ones we were involved in could be improved on. I didn't like the fact that I had not booked longer than three nights.

Location and relaxation, excellent restaurant The apartment was comfortable and the swimming pool with steam room and sauna was very good

We stayed in a studio which was very clean. The staff were all friendly and the bar and restaurant were nice.

The beds were a little hard for my liking.

The lodge was very well equipped, (including full kitchen, towels, bed linen, loo rolls so you just literally take your own clothes and a bottle of wine. View over the lake was great, goo location to visit Ingleton Falls.

Not a lot, Carnforth is nothing to write about. But nothing wrong with Pine Lakes.
