Reasonable cost between points on our planned travel route.. Breakfast, readiness basics of good service > The learning from this: It could have been better prepared to have things like marmalade for toast or mustard for cooked breakfast present... but we got there... Staff were busy as a ratio to guests.. All was very good, these are minor improvements to make even better!

Lovely welcome from owners to this great B&B!! Excellent position near enough to walk into Newquay, but far enough out of the main area to be lovely and quiet, the pool area made us feel like we're abroad as the weather was fantastic during our visit. Great breakfast , comfy bed, excellent bathroom , the best B&B I have ever stayed at!!!

Good average priced hotel for average facilities and reasonable service. If you are looking for luxury then this is not the place for you, but if you want somewhere child friendly and close to the beach without costing a fortune then this is a good hotel. Breakfast was great except the scrambled eggs, which were slightly overcooked.

Friendly welcome to a clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent - one of the best we have had at any hotel. Again, a friendly 'Goodbye' when we left. Would definitely recommend Pine Lodge

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and very family-friendly. It is well located, just a short drive into Newquay and to the stunning local beaches (Lusty Glaze, Fistral, Crantock) but away from the busiest areas of town and set back from the road. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return, the children (aged 6 and 10) loved it too.

It was clean and friendly. Great breakfast lots of choice, lovely bar lounge area to relax. Bed was a very firm.

Relaxing but efficient service. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and a comfortable room. We were at a wedding nearby needed an overnight stay and it fitted the bill perfectly for us.

We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. We liked the fact of being not too close to the bars of Newquay. The rooms were a nice size and the Breakfast was excellent. Would definately reccommend staying here.

Easy to find. Easy to walk to beach and town center. Peaceful and quiet. Great heated pool. Nice size family room. Breakfast great with good variety. Beds were too hard. Ensuite could not lock.

The outdoor heated swimming pool was great! The breakfast was really good and they had a bar on the premises from 6pm. The owners were really friendly and they came and tidied our room everyday with fresh clean towels. The bed was old and uncomfortable it also madelots of noise this was the only complaint as everything else was perfect!

Reception was helpful and we were allowed into the room early The bed was so hard my partner and I both had bad back and hips after sleeping on a bed that didnt seem to have a mattress on it.
