We enjoyed our stay. The owners are relaxed, friendly and helpful. There is ample parking. Meals at the attached restaurant are very good value. The walk to the centre of Newquay was longer than we expected but perfectly pleasant. We enjoyed the heated pool. The room was very small, and the bathroom so small as to be quite cramped. |

Coffee, tea and snacks in the room, generous. Nice front desk manager. In need of refurbishing, don't like missed-matching old furniture, rooms far too small and uncomfortable. Only a 2 star standard. |

Really friendly owners,food was really good ,so for a weekend break we had I would definately book again. No shower curtains or rail in bathroom,but shower was fitted to bath. |
