Nice place, friendly and relaxed staff. Lovely room (no. 1) with very comfortable bed. Great breakfast, good food at the pub at a reasonable price. Taxi ride from the airport 10-15 min. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Fínn gististaður í Luton. Mjög notalegt á leið til Evr. ef madur aetlar lengra daginn eftir.

The outside of hotel looked pretty in the photo, Nothing was mentioned that it was as well as a hotel a public irish bar, mostly full of drunk irish old men, some looking aggresive and intimadating to others who were staying at the hotel, the food on the evening menu was limited to anything that can be put in a deep fat fryer, the 7 tvs around the bar showing football on each screne was somewhat over kill and drowned out any chance of hearing the back ground music, yes irish of course, and when I finally did retire to my room spent until 1am listerning to the irish drunks above and below trying to sing songs that made them feel home sick, the staff looked warn out and fed up and had no time for anything but running around after locals that seemed to run the show, enough said.

Unfortunately an Irish party of approx 30 people stayed in the hotel on Saturday night, fighting in the grounds after midnight, at 3.30 a.m. I went down to the bar and asked them to sort it out the lady in charge was too busy serving customers with alcohol. this was all taking place under our windows, the language was terrible people where falling over customers cars in the ground. In the end my husband rang the police, who did attend the hotel and calmed it down, but it start ed up again, they went to bed approx 4.30 a.m. and all we could hear in our bedrooms was abuse between the people in the next bedrooms. I did report it next morning at breakfast we had 200 miles to drive, shattered

Bed was comfortable and bed linen exceptionally clean. Good choice breakfast. Our room was small - double bed against the wall, which meant I had to climb over husband to get out - but we did not ask to be moved. There were late night drinkers who were very noisy, although we were able to get to sleep.

Hotel is incorporated in an Irish run pub. As we all know, the Irish are renowned for their hospitality. Hotel was conveniently located and easy to find and staff were friendly and helpful. Very busy pub and great if you like the craic. We stayed on a saturday night and there was a race night event on and a disco later which went on until the early hours. Great if you are a social person like us but not recommended at the weekend if you like a good nights sleep. From our point of view no complaints. Excellent value for money.

Very unpleasant receptionist. A room on top of a pub lounge (this was not mentioned). Loud music, laughing and singing until 4:00am !! Couldn't sleep at all. Tiny bathroom with poor light.Very far away from Luton airport. £15 charge for taxi instead of the 10 announced.

Convenience for our visit - staff very pleasent and obliging. Good freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of chose. Rooms much much too warm no way of turning down/off rads which made it not too comfortable trying to spleep. Room though adequate were small especially as I am 6ft4ins and they are due a refurb. Noisy at night but as it is also a pub that is expected.

Very relaxed and accommodating. We arrived late but there was no fuss. Room very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The information both on line and in the hotel stated we could have breakfast until 10 A.M. but when we arrived it was only until 9 A.M.If times change it should state this.

The Breakfast was good... We had 2 rooms booked and they were cramped..One of the rooms the bed linen was not clean and the tap in the bathroom was dripping all night. For the same money we could have stayed in Hilton Garden Inn in stopsley..We are not big alcohol drinkers but when we got back to the Pines we said we would like a drink so we asked the barmaid at 11:35pm could we have a drink and the reply was I can give you a drink but you will have to bring it up to your room. But it is printed in black and white in the rooms that alcohol would be served until 1am if required. There was also another man drinking alcohol at the bar when we asked the barmaid..Avoid this place...

Room was neat and clean and the shower was very good and lovely and warm! We just stayed for one night (late arrival/very early departure for our flight) so it was fine. Heating in the room was too hot and the reception area is not exactly welcoming although the staff were fine.
