A wonderful boutique style b&B. Our room was beautiful, spacious, light and airy. The breakfast menu is 2 pages long, you wont need much lunch! Its perfect for touring around the breathtaking Irish countryside. Elaine, the owner is very friendly and a mine of local information. Would highly recommend this b&B. My daughter also loved Figaro the resident dog!

Me and my friend had a lovely stay at Pinetrees! We wanted to explore the countryside and coast and decided that Ballymoney was a good central town from where we could do everything we wanted. Unfortunately, we discovered the public transport is not so well, especially not in te weekends (so a car comes in extremely handy). But Elaine, the owner, was a wonderful help in this! She offered to loop up all the times of the trains and buses we should take to get somewhere and when we wanted to see the Dark Hedges (which are really in the countryside), she even offered to drive us there! The room itself (king) was wonderful as well, very clean and luxurious for a b&b, with a big screen tv, dvd player, cd player and even an iPod dock. And breakfast was delicious; every evening you could check whatever you wanted for breakfast and at what time you'd like to have it. So when you came down, it only took a few minutes before Elaine's home-cooked breakfast was put down right in front of you! We had a lovely time at Pinetrees, so anyone thinking of exploring the Northern Irish countryside and coast I would recommend booking a room here (be sure to bring a car though).

We were welcomed very very friendly, the bedroom was comfy and designed tastefully. There was a collection of books, magazines, newspapers, film and music DVDs and CDs that we could have chosen from. We slept very well without any inconvenience. In the evening we could make a choice out of a very rich breakfast menu and we never thought it would be that much offered in the morning. It was absolutely tasty and enough for the day. The location is good for visiting the Northern coastline, Giants Causeway is only 15 minutes drive away. Bushmills and Portrush can be reached easily as well.

A modern house furnished to a very high degree of comfort. The rooms were excellently decorated with no expense spared on the furnishings and fabrics. Although I did not have an ensuite, I had access to a private bathroom which was set out with luxurious fittings. I enjoyed most the jacussi bath before breakfast! The owner was very friendly and provided an excellent choice of items for breakfast. The price could not be beaten. Highly recommended.

The hostess Eileen and her adorable dog were the highlight of staying at this b&b which felt more like a home. She did everything she could to make my stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Immaculate rooms, so many little touches. The bed is so comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding , such a variety of food all cooked to order. A faultless place to stay. If I go back to ni I shall definitely stay here again. Thanks again for looking after me. I will always remember staying here.
