The center of Perth is a 10-minute walk away, and the famous Gleneagles golf course is less than a 30-minute drive away. Pitcullen used to be a large family home and for the past 25 years it has been run as one of Perth's best known guest houses. Very impressed with their attention to detail. e.g. mini fridge with water etc., socket for hairdryer near to mirror, detailed directions to property, list of recommended restaurants and offer to book one for us if desired. Friendly hosts, excellent breakfast.

Lovely place and very comfy bed, always a plus! Lovely breakfast and very nice helpful couple. Lots of info, great directions to places and when we were leaving! Great. The shower... The pressure was terrible and hardly any water came out! But was warm and wet so just hard to wash hair!

We had the family room that was very spacious and clean. They provided a small refrigerator with beverages, biscuits,etc. John and Jan were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was clean and very stylish. The hotel owners were also excellent and done everything to ensure our stay was pleasurable, they were helpful and very friendly and even bought me a bottle of bubbly as it was my birthday!! i would defiantly recommend this guest house. Absolutely nothing. The guest house was Fab!

Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Although right next to a busy main road, quiet indoors. Easy walk into Perth town centre. Would certainly stay there again if in the area.

Our stay was very pleasant and the the location was perfect. John and Jan are excellent hosts. and were extremely helpful in planning our day trips, finding restaurants, and even helped with our trip to Edinburgh.

The owner of the guest house is very helpful in showing the facility and suggesting where to go in town. Breakfast is rich and of a very good quality. Our room was comfortable but quite small for 4 people. There is private parking area just aside the house, however parking may result complicated for those who are not familiar with the English driving (you are suggested to enter reverse).

Very Friendly and informative hosts, made to feel welcome, nothing too much trouble to make our stay enjoyable. Nice breakfast, very informative about the town of Perth and its surroundings, especially the resturants and golf courses, which was our main reason for visiting Scotland.

A warm and friendly welcome. Clean comfortable bedroom. Good choice at breakfast. Also they had a 20% off deal with the Bothy restaurant, which was a nice place to eat in the evening.

John and Jan were fantastic hosts - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast amazing and all within a short walk of the centre of Perth. Great - highly recommended.

everthing at the guest house was perfect ,the room was spotless ,the breakfast was great .Jan and john suprised us with chocolates and a bottle of sparkly wine after finding out it was our anniversary .very good hosts, and john has a mine of imformation on places to see and things to do .we had a lovely break ,

An absolute gem in Perth! We were in town singing as part of the Perthshire Amber Festival, and this was the perfect base for our visit. Great location, the service couldn't have been better and the house was lovely. Highly recommended!!
