Very nice owners. Beautiful guesthouse. Nothing to complain about. They even prepared a breakfast box at 7am because we had to go to work before the 8am breakfast. Perfect! Small room. No shower but only a bath.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Owners were welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Lots of lovely touches (like complimentary chilled water, fresh fruit at breakfast) that made our stay all the more enjoyable.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. Nothing was too much trouble. My friend got a free car check! There were little fridges in the rooms with bottled water and tonic water which was a nice touch. The downstairs rooms are lovely. Much nicer and more homely than a hotel. The location. It's right by a pelican crossing with white zig zags and double yellow lines with limited parking outside the guest house. You have to reverse in as it is difficult to get out if you don'T. However I did manage to park outside the guest house and John, the owner, very kindly kept my keys and moved my car when required for other cars to get in and out. It is a short drive from Perth Race course which is why I chose to stay there.

The friendliness of the owners wins you over. The only problem I would have is they ask for your breakfast menu the night before.
