Isolation of the hotel , beautiful countryside . Staff were poliye and efficient. Location and access to the room., no offer to show the room on arrival or to assist with luggage The room was in need of repair eg wallpaper peeling offin bathroom window in need of repair. Room service food was poor quality and expensive |

The meals There was no one one reception desk when we arrived--the room provided was not of the class ordered thus we changed rooms and we were shown initiallly to a room with someone staying in ti and at the third attempt got the right room--the service in the bar was tardy. |

Was unable to find the hotel in the dark !!! Not very well signed from the main road and the placard confirming it was a MacDonald hotel not lit up. |

Wundervolle Lage des Hauses in einem großen Park mit eigenem angrenzenden "Wallet Garden"; Sehr stilvolle Inneneinrichtung im Kaminzimmer, Restaurant/Frühstücksraum mit großen Ölgemälden an der Wand; sehr saubere Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick in den Park und die Umgebung, ganz neue Badezimmer mit Dusche etc. |

On ne peut imanginer un plus bel endroit pour un séjeur en amoureux. Une magnifique chateau dans un grand parc, et un walled garden fabuleux ! |

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Service standen zum Preis in einem recht guten Verhältnis. Leider ließ sich in unserem Zimmer die Heizung im Bad nicht höher stellen, so dass wir es zu kalt empfanden. |
