Dit historische 400 jaar oude landhuis biedt gratis WiFi en ligt op een prachtig, 15 hectare groot terrein. Het was ooit het huis van Lord Snowdon en prinses Margaret en biedt 5-sterren accommodatie. Plas Dinas Country House ligt tussen de bergen van Snowdonia en de Ierse Zee. Het heeft individueel ingerichte kamers met originele familieportretten, een flatscreentelevisie en toiletartikelen van Molton Brown. Het ontbijt bestaat uit gekookte en continentale opties en wordt geserveerd in de eetkamer met uitzicht op de pittoreske tuin. Avondmaaltijden zijn beschikbaar van dinsdag tot zaterdag, indien gereserveerd. Very attractive style country house with some original features, but rooms, tastefully decorated and modern looking. Rooms excellent with touch of class. Hosts are excellent that make you feel right at home, they clearly have very good attention to detail. Very clean and excellent food. Location relaxing. The only negative was we would have liked to stay for longer. We will be going back and staying longer next time!

Does feel like staying with friends. interesting house with lots of history and royal connections Nice touches of luxury - fresh milk in the rooms for tea and coffee, complimentary bottled water every day Good cooking Lovely furniture The noisy toilet macerator! OK as long as you don't flush the toilet or even run the taps at night! understand why it needs to be there though - it was an experience.... staying there is quite expensive but lots for your money, up to standard of similarlypriced luxury hotels.

it was very clean and comfortable, the men who run the hotel leave you to your self but are there if you need them. It was quiet and peaceful. The food was good , it would have been nice to be able to try an evening meal, but they do not offer one Sunday and Monday, the food was good at the places they recommended.

It is not what you will expect from 5-star hotel, but it is more like visiting friends for weekend in country house. Service is very personal and friendly. They really make an effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation has seen better days though, and an antique wardrobe in Judges Room, although very sweet, doesn't fit in a coat hanger in the straight line as it is only 40cm deep. Breakfast and dinner was very nice. The position is convenient for sightseeing and Snowdonia. In overall, we've enjoyed our stay and will recommend it.

üBerragender Service, ganz toll eingerichtetes Haus mit wirklich englischem Flair - genaus wünscht man sich'S. Die Zimmer sind penibel sauber und mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet, wir waren begeistert. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und umsichtig. Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Adeliges Ambiente im positivsten Sinn.
