Everything was satisfactory. We didn't use many facilities as we were going to a function at another location.Car parking facilities were good.
We travelled with our small baby, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely friendly staff. Good menu for evening meal and excellent mussles. Attractive room, clean with good view.
Pillows a bit thin
Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast. Clean ,well heated bedrooms. Thoroughly recommend as good value for money.
Poor breakfast with very basic choices.Staff not happy.
Room comfy bed welcoming staff good breakfasts
Nothing- enjoyed the break and no need for negativity
The hotel was local to the town, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was very good.
The Hotel and the staff , and the food.
Excellent, friendly staff who quickly sorted out the few issues. Really nice position opposite the park and slightly off-centre.
Breakfast layout and food quality was uninspiring, although we were told that the regular chef was on holiday. Room 2 could do with bedside table lights instead of the rather aggressive downlighters fitted.
Location and cleanliness
Breakfast was good but staff were slow to clear tables and guests were left waiting in the bar for tables to be cleared while it was not over busy
Helpful, pleasant staff. Good quality food. Surprisingly comfortable beds.
Creaky floors above, and generally a bit noisy.
I paid extra for a superior double room which was described as individually decorated and having high ceilings. On arrival they gave us a family room with 3 beds in it and with decor of a standard appearance. The receptionist said this qualified as a superior double. Basically I was just paying extra for 2 beds we didn't need. After some complaining the hotel staff agreed to move us to a standard double and refund the extra I had paid. I hate complaining and shouldn't have been put in this position. It put a bit if a dampener on my weekend as I had really looked foreward to staying somewhere nice but the description was nothing like the rooms!
We stayed here whilst attending a family funeral. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was really good, with a decent wine list
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings. Spacious dining room. Everywhere was very clean.
Noisy fan outside our bedroom window.
Location and cleanliness.
The location and friendly, helpful staff
The hotel appears very 'tired' on arrival. The room hadn't been properly vacuumed. There was not soap on the basin, three towels between two of us. No decaff. tea or coffee. (This was quickly remedied on request, but entailed a member of staff having to go to the shops!) Breakfast was rather mean with cereals in packets and a few flavoured yoghurts for the buffet. Cooked breakfast was better but asked for a surcharge for scrambled egg and smoked salmon! We spent 8 days touring in West wales, these three nights were the most expensive and by far the least comfortable.
Narberth is a nice town with many interesting shops and good restaurants and cafes. It is a good touring centre for Pembrokeshire.
lovely clean and friendly, would definatly stay here again
elegant staircase welcome room position breakfast staff
close view of adjacent roof
The food was lovely, the staff were lovely and helpful and hotel was very clean
Professional and friendly staff who did there very best to look after us following the mix-up,with Booking dot com.
The fact that they had not received Booking.com's confirmation of our booking. We do not believe that the Hotel was at fault. They were fully booked and did not have a room for us for the first night of our break.
Location, good, room good, bed comfortable. Breakfast very nice
Size of the bar not big enough. Staff very busy, service not as efficient as it could be.
very helpful staff comfortable rooms nice varied menu and easy parking.
steep stairs to room, ask for room on first landing! magazines and books to read/borrow/exchange would be welcome
There was nothing not to like, the food and service was excellent.
Booking.com had not informed the hotel of our booking. But fortunately the hotel were still able to accommodate us.
