Hotel Plas Hyfryd  

It was only one night at this hotel but we were pleased at its location, very convenient for the purpose of our visit to Narberth. It was clean, pleasant and reasonably comfortable considering that it is an old building. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. On the night of our visit there was a wedding reception which did not cause too much disturbance, however there was a lot of noise from those staff members involved in clearing up afterwards and in the morning we could tell when they started work due to their noise. Overall it was a pleasant stay and should the occasion arise we would like to use this hotel again.

Very pleasant experiience, the food was excellent as was the accomodation. Staff are attentive even when they are busy

staff very helpful , willing to move us to a "better " room than the first one on offer. we were there for a family funeral , so it was very convenient. the food for the wake was very good as was the breakfast. Although parts of the hotel were dated , overall it was satisfactory, and service was very good as previously stated.

The first room offered wasnt good, the second was satisfactory, a good clean would have improved it to "good".

The overall ambience. An excellent place to stay with fine room, extermely civilised and courteous staff without them being overbearing. Highly convenient for a walk round Narbeth and accessibility from the A 40. Wonderful restaurant. Will be back sometime!

The room we had was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very friendly

The room we had was on the top of the building and there is no lift, it was a bit of a climb with heavy bags, but the receptionist did offer to help carry the bag though. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work

The room was very nicely decorated and it had a very spacious balcony for a drink at night.

The breakfast service was not really well attended. The people were left on their own for long times. We had to request for tea cups, spoon, butter, fruit juice and finally left the hopes. The morning staff was not trained enough to take orders or serve the customers. Need improvements definitely else all is fine.

The hotel is an attractive building which I stayed in for one night before a business event the following day. My room was clean and well appointed with a good size en suite. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

My room was rather small and with the folding door to the en suite open it was difficult to get around the bed into the room.

Stayed in room 6.Cannot compliment it enough.

Petty,but no sauces offered at breakfast.
