Wonderful,

“ Malcolm kindly picked us up from the rail depot when we were running behind schedule, which he didn't need to do, but we greatly appreciated it. The breakfasts were very hearty and the coffee equally as good. It was a great place to stay in Prestatyn, and it had very easy access to the Offa's Dyke trail. I would highly recommend staying here! ”

Beautiful, 'cottagey' feel with a beautiful garden. Very friendly 'staff' (owners) who took trouble to look after us

The hospitality and welcome were wonderful. The location is ideal for walking as it is on Offa's Dyke path. The breakfast was delicious and the setting very restful and quiet.

Our hosts were warmly welcoming, interesting and helpful - particularly about the local geography, history and facilities. Breakfast was delicious. We were able to relax comfortably in the lounge area during the day. April's cold weather - beyond our hosts' control! But it made the "wet-room" style shower-room uninviting, despite the fan-heater.

Friendly and helpful host. Good breakfast I had a family room and chose to take the single bed which unfortunately had a mattress about as comfortable as a cement bag

Everything! From the moment I arrived Malcolm even explained how to use the satellite tv. Its just nice to chat with an owner/host who is interested in what you are doing. In my case the Offas dyke.

I stayed at Plas I Fan while on a course in Pretatyn. Really loved staying in this place, very good quality for a B&B. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were of good size and the bed comfy. What's great also is the place has WiFi. The area is also very peaceful and quiet. The B&B is about 5 minutes walk from one of the shopping streets.

My room was lovely, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! I felt much more like a house guest than just a traveler using their b&B. The breakfast was made specifically for me, and it was delicious! I had trouble finding it, but that is mainly because my gps stopped working, and someone gave me directions to a street with the same name in the next city! It was actually very easy to find . . . once I was in the correct city!

The personal touches, eg, on arrival when shown to our room, was told that fresh water was already in the kettle and would we like to haver the kettle switched on. Water in the frig. At breakfast, choice of cereals, fruit, nuts etc was especially very good, and to have fresh buitter twirls instead of the usual tiny packets, and also jam in small dishes, as well as the cooked breakfast.Asked for grnary bread, and they went out to get somer. Took time to show us how to control the heating in the bedroom. A lovely couple, and would definitely go there again. The location was great.....once you found it!!!! It .is on quite a good road, but overhanigng trees etc. found it difficult to spot, especially when arriving in the rain and dark as we did.

The location was very convenient for Prestatyn town and all routes to other parts of North Wales. The owners ( Swan and Malcolm ) could not have done more to make our stay both comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Their welsh breakfasts were superb and served at a time to suit us. Our double room was very comfortable and warm with it's under floor heating system.

It was lovely and peaceful, the owners are very nice and the breakfast was perfect. This B&B says its pet friendly, but no pets are allowed in the house & have to stay in an old shed which is 20 feet from the house!....I just feel this should be made clear before you book, I had a message on my phone the next day from the owner telling me this which was fine. There is no way my dog was going to be left in some dreadful shed! thankfully my daughter lives near by and she had him. I'm sure I'm not the only dog owner who would feel this way.
