All of it was really good. The room was excellent and we had an up-grade to a suite which was more comfortable. However this was only possible after I read some reviews from previous customers who had been disappointed about the fact that they did not have a river view. I emailed the hotel about this, telling them that I had booked the hotel because your website did state that there would be a view of the river; they agreed with me and gave me the upgrade which then provided me with a room with a view. I was impressed with the way they accommodated my wishes with no fuss. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely like to stay again and would recommend it to anyone. It also had a nice relaxed and informal feel. |

Room size, fridge and laundry machine - it was really nice. Possibility stay all family in one apartament. View disapointing, especially as I requested nice view. We got "partly river view" - which mean do not see river at all, only old, abandon and empty big building very close to our vindows. Its seems that family with children usuall get "second hand" rooms. Bathroom was not very clean. Tap in the bathroom and wc door lock was broken. |

Bathroom was great, beds were good and having the living room w and extra child's bed was very convenient. That was all and certainly can be found in other hotels more centrally located and with a much lower rate even if the extra bed would have been in the same room!!!! Only one person for check in so it took a long time until she was done with person before. Very frustrating not to have a room with a river view, simply because the view was of the back rooms of the building, very close up. No natural light came in at all and curtains had to be kept closed for privacy! This made us want to rush out as soon as we woke up. Far from city center and attractions, tube stop etc very inconvenient to go back to the hotel during the day... We spent all day out and when kids were exhausted we couldn't go back just for a short break. Despite the convenience of having a kitchen and living room we did not think it was worth to pay the rate of this hotel due to poor location and total lack of view!! |

The view was amazing and the room size was excellent. The taxi outside the hotel was a real conviniance when we didn't want to use our own car. Bringing my car from the parking usually took a long time. |

On arrival our bags where taken to our room and the conceirge parked our car. We where also given a voucher for complimentary cocktails at the hotel bar, and a voucher for 25% off our bill at the hotel restaurant - made to feel very welcome! The cream carpet in our room was dirty and in need of a shampoo! The room was equipt with a washing machine, dish washer, cooker, microwave, cutlery, glassware, pots, crockery, chopping board etc but no frying pan? Which was annoying because we filled our fridge with food to make breakfast but had no frying pan :( |

The room was spacious for three although three cups, plates and bowls instead of two of each would have been nice. That aside everything was clean and well equipped, no outside noise, staff were very pleasant and helpful when we had a query and the hotel was perfectly situated for what we had planned for our city break. We did not eat in the hotel but altogether a lovely experience. |

Nice hotel and services. Liked the turned down beds at night. Good breakfast buffet. Wonderful bathroom and we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite however there was no view at all with this room. Staff was average. The room was nice but the carpet was so dirty/stained in the bedroom that I was almost afraid to walk on it barefoot. Could stand to be steam cleaned as the stains were quite obvious. |

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was spotlessly clean and well stocked with all the exxentials. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant downstairs and both were excellent. The bed in our apt seemed a bit old, it could have been more comfortable! |

the rooms are well designed and serviced, the hotel truly has it all as a hotel, a nice extensive room service menu even late hours selections are quite good. all in all it will satisfy even the most discriminate. The location of the hotel maybe not so great if in London for few days and want access to the west end and central London, Also the area is quite residential, one has to walk 7 minutes to the nearest tube and yet has to take the tube for few stops more for the more typical restaurant and theater area of the city. |

Stayed here when my husband was running the Marathon. For just £10 extra we were upgraded to a suite with a fabulous view over the Thames to the Houses of Parliament. Clever glazing meant there was no noise - amazing for central London. The suite itself was beautiful, extremely comfortable and very well-equipped. |
