The staff were very helpful
Well everything was on sire and staff were good.
central heating random vary cold room
Friendly staff. Evening restaurant good.
Breakfast poor value for money. Heating went off early. Air con unit supposed to used as back up but no remote so room got cold and early morning start made having a shower very chilly.
Liked the atmosphere, especially when a colleague unexpectedly walked into the bar, made a good evening.
No food available as was told by bar staff the kitchen had been extremely busy that day and they had run out of food even though it was before 6pm we were also informed they were short staffed as some staff member had gone Home. TV was far too high and too small. The floorboards creaked no body wash in shower. Poor value for money. Very disappointed.
No food available on arrival and room small and cold. Not the place for a lone female traveller I feel.
Maintenance need such as plug socket hanging off by the bed, bedside lamp didn't work, towel rail was nearly falling out the wall.
Good location for restaurants and would consider using again
Drink prices were a tad expensive , on a par with the SE.
Choice of food amazing.....al a carte, tapas, pizza, small bites! Something for everyone!
Room cold, no remote for air con (advised if room cold use air con to heat). Shower "cosy".
The staff were friendly
Free wifi was offered but could not get it in our room. Also room was very cold with bed under the window which had a draft coming through all night and although a radiator was in the room it was not turned on and no way of turning it on. The room was so small with the shower cubicle only usable by very thin people at best. The bar was ok although 50p charge for card payments which I thought was cheeky.
Close to drayton manor
noisy, small, expensive, falling apart
Bar area, food.
Cold room, no heating on, noisy, no sound insulation from outside or other rooms. More bedding needed i.e. Pillows and blankets.
The only good thing I can say is that it was very close to a good Indian restaurant. My wife suffers with copd and has breathing problems so it was great to have a good restaurant nearby
Almost everything else, though the room was clean. The beds were uncomfortable and very noisy in the night when one of us moved. Also the room above (I assume occupied by members of staff) was also very noisy for quite a long time in the night.
Splendid Dinner menu in cocktail and tapas bar ambience.
Very small rooms and basic but clean and comfortable
The bed was clean.
The rooms had very thin walls and the noise from outside and other rooms were easily heard. No complimentary washing soaps supplied. every thing was very basic.
Fairly priced accommodation that offers par service to their customers and staff are warm and friendly
Bit below standard furniture and average amenities......but still worth what you pay floor and still comfortable
Had a lovely room really covienient location for where I was going ( drayton manor)
The bathroom was waterlogged usingvthe shower and I had to leave after paying for two night and spent only one night
The restaurant was fantastic
The air conditioning was a bit cold and I did not know how to turn it down
We loved the location because it was close to the wedding reception we were going to
The toilets didn't flush very well, the taps in the bathroom were broken. When we first went into the room I must of killed 10 waps and the breakfast was tiny.
Close to where I wanted to work
Room to near bar
We stayed at Plough&Fazeley for a night as it was at a walking distance from Thomas Land. My kids liked the playground. Good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi and tea&coffee making facilities in the rooms. For people travelling without kids: nice and animated atmosphere in the bar ;)
I forgot the adapter to my mobile phone charger (a European one)and was a little disappointed that the reception didn't lend the adapters or the chargers to the guests. In London or the coastal area some hotels facilitate adapters - probably due to a higher number of visitors from abroad.
Local where we needed to be
Room was above the kitchen room was small an pokey, bed was cheap an not very comfortable also squeaky. Cheap pillows.
The staff where fantastic :-)
No wi.fi in room
