Extremely friendly and helpful host, excellent (continental) breakfast.

Welcoming by Maya very warming. Made tea as we settled in. Rooms very comfortable and well designed. breakfast superb. Better than many "full English" as the quality of the ingredients are well chosed.

Needs a sign to the car park.

The house and the setting were stunning, the hostess was welcoming and could not have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and decorated in a modern, stylish way but manage to be cosy at the same time.

The owner was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, lots of choice for a continental breakfast and served in a lovely conservatory. Bed was very comfortable and the separate bathroom was huge with a big bath and shower!

The postcode was misleading at first, taking us to a derelict farmhouse!

Our room was spacious & well presented, comfortable beds (2 dbls, family room), warm too, on a very cold night! The owner was very helpful, we had breakfast in our room at 5.45am & she even provided us with sandwiches for our onward journey. An excellent location for an overnight stop before an early Channel crossing.

Bathroom was not en-suite, but very close to room so not really a problem.

Good location for walking along many trails. Lots of villages with very good pub food. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and host eager to make you feel at home - very attentive when needed and discreet at other times. Would strongly recommended if you like walking in the country and need a friendly base.

Only one issue and that was the room was very cold on the first night (although it was exceptionally cold weather at the time) but this was resolved when mentioned to the host through a small portable heater.

Wir, eine Familie mit drei Kindern, sind herzlich von den Vermietern aufgenommen worden. Wir fühlten uns sofort integriert. Die Vermieterin hat uns und den Kindern sofort angeboten DVDs, Bücher, etc. auszuleihen und sogar den privaten Billiardtisch im Keller mitzubenutzen. Unsere neu und mit Liebe eingerichteten Zimmer lagen im ersten Stock und waren sehr sauber. Das leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück mit Produkten aus der näheren Umgebung fand im Wintergarten im Erdgeschoss mit freiem Blick auf die Landschaft statt.

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam, sociaal, mooie inrichting, ruime kamers, prachtige omgeving. SUPER!

Hotel pas opgestart: timer op de verwarming waardoor het 's morgens koud was in de eetzaal en de kamers pas vanaf 18u verwarmd werden Deze opmerking werd al aan het hotel gegeven en ze gaan dit aanpassen
