The fact that it had a very good swimming pool with related facilities. Thought the dining room was extremely poor more like a cafe but the continental breakfast was adequate. |

We liked the size of the room. All the rooms are styled differently.and just a bit different from the run of the mill hotels. Just one minor recommendation that a plug socket is placed near a mirror so when drying hair you can see what you are doing! |

accessibility to airport, cosy, homely yet modern period design. Shower in the bathroom was a little bit too low, could bang head on the ceiling. |

Very spacious with secure parking. It was indeed plush - and had friendly helpful staff. An excellent location for an early morning flight. The dining area was small and had a limited menu. Did not seem to fit in with the rest of the facilities. |

It stated on the website that this hotel was only 10mins from the airport. It didn't state that this meant using a vehicle |

Warm welcome on arrival by excellent staff, nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Room was designed beautifully making a very relaxing evening, shame I arrived too late to sit out on the relaxers in the sunshine but maybe next time. Will definitely recommend to others. One very small point - the breakfast bag could be more healthy. |

I treated this as just a night stop prior to fight next morning.I was plesently surprised about the swimming pool. Just right.Initally I was disapointed there was no traditional bar in the hotel, being too far off the beaten track to walk anywhere, however they served drinks and it was a friendly atmospher. I would stay there again, prior to flying out. |

The friendly welcome from the staff, help with directions to a Bristol destination, the large room with lovely furnishings, and the pleasant garden to wander about in. We also appreciated our 'pack' breakfast and our free taxi to the airport! Thank you! |

This was the last place to stay on my trip and it was the best. I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the food excellent. Couldn't have been better! Nothing! |

Friendly Staff. Ideal for the airport but too far from Bristol if wanting to explore there. States that there is a pool (which is true) but it is a seperate building 30 odd metres away from the hotel which is a tad inconvenient |
