Score from 365 reviews Good
Easy to find as soon as we came off Motorway. Appreciated the onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.
A lift would have been helpful as we had heavy suitcases.
No air conditioning. No wifi
The location - however the noise levels spoil this. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The noise levels were too high and this was exacerbated by the air conditioning not working which meant having to either keep the window open thereby increasing the noise from the street or having 2 noisy fans going to keep the room cool. The breakfast in the restaurant was ok although the fruit salad was clearly past it's best and tasted slightly 'fizzy'!
Comfortable beds Clean rooms Friendly staff Good Breakfast Good Location
The room had poor tv reception, the staff did try and fix this but only some channels were available. The rooms are not very soundproof, I was woken numerous times on both nights of my stay by external noise and people in the corridors. No air con. Fans were put in the room but these were too noisy to keep on over night. Road noise meant it was too loud to have windows open.
I was completely satisfied with my stay
Room was very clean & breakfast was excellent...
No air con, room too hot to sleep, fans provided but too noisy to keep on at night & location busy so therefore window had to stay shut! All the family did not sleep well due to this...
Our needs were quite specific because my fellow traveller had mobility difficulties. The staff were extremely helpful and we were very comfortable in adjacent downstairs rooms which I had requested when booking and also in a pre-visit phone call.
This premier Inn would benefit from the installation of air conditioning. The weather was warm and the fans that were provided were efficient but noisy.
Could do with air conditioning as the fans are noisy.
The whole experience was very good would come again good food available also.
loved the whole experience, lovely relaxing sleep, wonderful facilities, the fan worked a treat because it was a hot summers night, staff were very helpful, great family room and lovely and comfortable feel too.
great location for exploring Plymouth.
road noise late at night. ridiculously hot rooms despite fans.
Location and venue was brilliant.
One of the pull out beds was very uncomfortable. Room was very warm (we were warned about the lack of air-conditioning but two fans couldn't keep up!)
Bed were comfortable, not too much noise from surrounding rooms.
The rooms were not air conditioned, even though there were two fans in our room the temperature went up to 28.5 slightly uncomfortable
Friendly helpful staff
The breakfast in the table table restaurant needed more options ie freid bread etc for what it was costing!apart from that it was ok.
Parking, location, cleanliness and confort
The room and bathroom were spotless and staff very helpful.
the room was extremely hot despite there being 2 fans on and the window open ! unfortunately we got very little sleep as a result.
The only problem with this hotel was the room was boiling hot so we couldn't sleep. Strange as was cold outside.
Staff very friendly through are stay a credit to your business.
We had meals in the local restaurant food was ok but the staff very rude and miserable , we could not wait to finish are meal and return to are room.
ease of venue proximity to food
small family room
Staff were more than helpful and friendly made to feel welcome....
The staff where really good and helpful. Quality members of staff
Really unhappy with the parking. Within 36 hrs of my car being parked in the same space. My car got knocked 3 times causing one dent and 2 scratches with paint from the other cars.
Staff extremely accommodating when I requested a room change so I could overlook the car park. Great location a short walk to The Barbican and town centre. Ideally located a short drive from the continental ferry port at Millbay.
I've nothing negative to say.
The staff at Lockyers Quay went out of their way to be helpful, polite and at all times were professional. Most accommodating to say the very least, full credit to the company where it is due.
There was nothing to dislike with our stay, my children especially enjoyed it.
the friendly staff the facilities the quality of the breakfast choice
slightly noisy with revellers late on passing the bedrooms outside but nothing serious
