There was a long wait for service and food in the restaurant during the evening.

Had to go across car park to bar/restaurant
Location and parking along with room comfort
Basic room facilities
Extremely comfortable beds. Staff ever eager to please. Great location for the Barbican (so long as you return over the swing bridge by 11:00 p.m.). Parking facilities
Having to put a coat on to go to the restaurant/bar.
Food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was excellent.
excellent staff always helpful late at night
The noise of rowdy people coming in early hours of the morning, no consideration for others.
Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast.
Thin walls. Bathroom leak. Very long corridors.
bathroom kept clean everyday fresh towels everyday
tap was loose on washbasin fan in bathroom noisy
Lovely and quiet. Nice big TV screen. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Free parking.
Heating not adequate. I put thermostat at 23 and it switched off when room got to 16 degrees. During the night it wasn't on at all. I know how to operate the thermostat as I have one of these at home and other hotels I have stayed in.
The location of the hotel & the friendliness of the staff
Other guests being noisy & allowing their children to run up & down the corridor late at night, especially as the room was in a designated quiet zone.
I liked the location of the hotel because it was next to the sea. I enjoyed the breakfast and I was amazed that they could make a sandwich for my daughter because she had an interview for the university. Staff were very kind and I would definitely recommend.
Lack of temperature control
Very helpful staff
Excellent location close to quay and city center, excellent breakfast at nearby pub/restaurant
People were friendly, room was comfortable and clean
Food in attached pub, both evening meal and breakfast only slightly warm!! Only one member of staff behind bar on the evening, when they had several xmas parties in, should have more staff, especially this time of year
Location , hotel excellent will visit again .
The car park, The pub/restaurant, The helpful staff.
On the first night e were given a room facing the main road. The traffic noise was unbearable.
24 hour reception, friendly & efficient. Breakfast in the adjoining pub good value for money, eat as much as you can!
Poorly stocked tea & coffee making facilities in room so we had to go hunting for additional supplies!
as per ticked boxes and the quietness of the hotel.
disappointed with continental breakfast, no cold meat or cheese. coffee luke warm, could have been hotter.
Friendliness of all staff Location
Coffee and tea served from large flasks at breakfast (water just not hot enough)
Very friendly and helpful Staff in Hotel Beds Quiet Parking
Having to wait 45 minutes to get served at lunch time in Lockyers Quay Restaurant and then they missed out my ten year old daughters meal. Also Soda water is not the same as sparkling water. "Grime" around the toilet seat fittings in the room. (these got wet so I wiped them around with a piece of toilet tissue, which came away brown!). Not being able to find the end of the large new toilet roll in the Restaurant. Just start it before putting it in the holder. Just lazyness there. Tell people that there is a car park barrier and that they need to get a ticket in the restaurant in order to get out. Tell people when they book that there are two Premier Inns next to each other. Don't email me two days before hand. We visited N Devon before comming to Plymouth, I was nowhere near an email for a few days before hand. Do you really need to charge 3 pounds for wifi on top of 90 pounds! This questionnaire. It was me and my 10 yo daughter, so not a single, not a young or old couple, not a family etc. It should WORK if people choose NOT to answer a particular question!!!!!! Very irritating.
very good location
this was the first time in many visits to premier inns that we had to put a order in for breakfast ,this just doesn't work it took 50 mins to get beans on toast .
An attempt at making things comfortable was 2 electric fans
Normaly an open window would have helped, as this hotel is close to a busy road that option isn,t suitable as it is too noisy.
The excellent staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Very comfortable bed, loved the choice of pillows. When asked the staff rapidly attended to a request for two extra pillows. Breakfast very good except coffee
Restaurant not quite so good. After agreeing to pay for dinner and breakfast and being assured that the fixed dinner price included full choice of menu, we were puzzled to be asked for £4 extra because for a starter the shared platter exceeded the amount. This was questionable as it would have cost more if we had had 2 separate starters. The meal was not as good as the last visit. The chips were warm and flabby. Breakfast very good but the coffee was barely warm.
Staff were great at check-in and check-out. Comfortable sleeping.
Could have had more teabags available. The street was just outside my window and it was quite noisy at a point in the night.
