staff were very freandley and very helpful made are stay worth it food was good
Very helpful staff
Road signs not easy to see in torrential rain
The location is very convenient for visiting South Devon attraction and Eden Project. The facilities around are affluent
Parking spaces are limited at the peak time.
clean, friendly, quiet
impersonal, like all Premier Inns
Friendly staff, tea-making facilities, excellent full English breakfast next door and good value
Bathroom stank of stagnant water and smell pervaded entire room. No housekeeping staff in the evenings to deal with it.
location, friendly staff, breakfast. Comfy beds.
not enough towels in the room
Very clean, comfortable massive bed!
The entrance is poorly signposted.need to tell visitors to book quickly if they want a meal couldn't get anything to eat 1st night.
Room very good and comfortable,
Very warm in room so had the fan going most of the time and the main road was noisey. During Breakfast on Saturday staff could not coupe with amount of people turning up. I placed my food order on initial arrival with manageress and 17 minutes later asked by waiter if I was ready to place order and as he was just about to leave our table another waiteress turn up with my breakfast.
Reception staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming.
Access very unclear from the road. It would have been very easy to miss as it is on a busy junction that leads straight on to the A38.
Easily accessible from A38 and ideal for ferry to France
Not enough complimentary coffee or milk in room. That said, I really should cut down on the caffeine lol
Shower in the bath. Very dangerous. We both slipped. The location of this Inn is very tricky being right on the roundabout.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly. The bar next door is pleasant enough and fairly decent quality food .
Bed and food
No air on
Reception staff very jolly and helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean.
Didn't find anything not to like.
The restaurant - good food and service. Nice spacious room too.
No cheese available for those that do not want a sugary dessert.
bed was really comfortable and the windows could be opened.
a bit stuffy with no air-con but at least the windows could be opened.
Good size of room, decent towels, good location on main road
lighting a bit poor
Friendly staff. Good restaurant and breakfast
Very clean, bed very comfortable, water lovely and hot.
Very comfortable, however I got the last room available, it was a family room. I travelled to Plymouth to pick up my grand-daughter from University there, so she also stayed with me that night. I have to say that I wouldn't have liked to have had that room for more than the two of us, it was really small with extra beds, no good for a family. We didn't eat at the Beefeater next door. The small entrance needs a sign off the slip road, a very difficult roundabout.
The room was a little to hot with no air conditioning apart from that everything was great
The suite and cleanliness, the staff were so professional, and the breakfast, and area .Again the breakfast staff were professional .( I do think though that more exercise would be more beneficial to some than raiding the cookie jar.
As before while staying in your excellent hotel the stay was spoilt by inconsiderate others . In this case by noisy neighbours ( above ).Clomping around the bedroom very early in the morning ,and they were not young either .We stayed in number 17 ground floor (thank you I can`t climb easily ) and whoever was above us was either sleepwalking or pacing for other reasons for at least 1/2 hr ( before sunup I think it was 4am ) but overall our stay was good thank you and the breakfast was equally excellent , although a little pricy
Staff good. Bed good.
Location on roundabout, not great. Restaurant/bar area only far.
The spotless rooms (excellent mattress), good security and efficient staff. Breakfast is of the highest quality in variety , standard and service.
This hotel is tricky to find and to enter due to a large complex roundabout. In consultation with local manager much better instructions are needed to avoid overshooting longwinded retracing and traffic lane challenges.
