Cleanliness - Reception Staff helped us to ensure we were all on the same floor as it was a special friends get together trip
the location, price, comfortable room
the corridor leading to my room had a door which when used slammed and seeing as this was the way in and out it slammed a lot!!! The bathroom also smelled.
The closeness to all amenities, the size of room and bathroom. Breakfast very good.
The sirloin steak in the restaurant was dreadful all gristle, Change supplier!Presentation of food good but served cold and on cold plates. The mattress quite hard could feel the springs, apparently new mattresses coming next month.
Nice restaurant and staff
Bed was too low in disabled room - my wife found it hard to get out of bed and into her wheelchair
Closeness to shops
The lack of soft close doors very noisey. No chance of any kind of lie in!
Location. 8 minute walk into town centre. Staff good. Modern building. Clean.
No Atmosphere in Resturant at night. Parking tight on weekends but overspill provided.
Cleanliness, polite staff, comfort of room
Car park was terrible, always full of workforce vans and tippers. Very noisy on Saturday night/ Sunday morning early hours (2am-5am) drunken people coming in shouting and running down the corridors, reported to staff. Nothing was done about the problem
THE BED the biggest and comfiest bad ever. good service and polite staff
Had to come home
Location is very good for The Barbican area. Free parking but busy car park. Good breakfast. Helpful staff on front desk.
Bed was a disappointment considering it's the main selling point. Zip together and no mattress topper which is unusual nowadays.
Dining room , bar prices were reasonable. Staff were friendly and genuine.
Length of time I had to wait for a meal and the amount of food. 55 minutes for half a bowl of pasta on the first evening. 50 minutes for half a bowl of saturated risotto the next night . Third night I ate elsewhere.
The staff ere helpful land friendly, bed was so comfy and loved the pillows, food and barwere both excellent and again great staff, been comming to Plymouth for years and would use his hotel again, weel done to all concerned and spiecial mention to Laura the lovley receptionist who made us so welcome
Had a bar and restaurant. Walking distance to town
Great location , short walk to Plymouth harbour , free parking on site , great value for money
nothing to dislike
The location was ideal.
All the bedroom doors banging through out the night and people coming and going.
Room is nice and new. Good location.
Shower gel finished but wasn't changed before we got in. Should not allow public to park as it was congested when we got back in the evening.
The bed squeaks whenever you turn not good when your a light sleeper.
The hotel is in a good location only five minutes walk from the Barbican. The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast is well made. Rooms clean and tidy.
The only minor point I would make is that we have stayed in premier Inn's all over Britain and most have a good self service breakfast buffet. Plymouth serve your Full English already plated which was a little disappointing as I do like a large "double everything" breakfast before setting out for a day of walking and sightseeing. Self service buffet please guys.
Stayed here several times all times of year when visiting son at university. About ten mins walk from main campus always clean and views over fishing harbour pleasant from some bedrooms and quieter than roadside x
Paint smell from decorating
Pleasant hardworking staff who obliged to all requests. Good value food in the restaurant. Provided my daughter and her young family with a ground floor room . Child friendly atmosphere. Nice room ,free parking a bonus .
Location . A little closer to town would be better. We were lucky weather was dry in the main but otherwise bit far to walk .
Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Good value place to get your head down.
Could do with better signage to distinguish from Premier Inn Lockyers Quay which is adjacent on a different road.
This was in a great location, with in walking distance to the shops, sea front and local amenities. Staff were all very helpful & friendly.
The springs in the bed seemed to be quite close to the surface of the mattress
The usual comfort we have come to expect from a Premier inn. Helpful staff.
It was very difficult to find our way there from the railway station even though we had downloaded a map from the website. Please give good and clear directions, or advise on getting there by bus.
Cleanliness, friendly staff and easy going atmosphere
The sound of people walking about in room above.
Locatio, staff were friendly and helpful. Room great.
