Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, nice cool air conditioned room. Difficult to find fault here!
Air con in our room made a gurgling noise. Not a major problem but we advised a member of staff who noted it straight away.
Great stay on the 18th September. All the staff absolutely charming and welcoming. Room 301 was extremely comfortable and honestly did have a good night’s sleep! We made use of both the Bar for late night drinks, and the Restaurant for breakfast and were impressed by both. My husband and I would certainly use Premier Inns again and especially yours, should we ever return to Plymouth. Thanks everyone
My only negative comment is that I prefer a bathroom with a hand held shower over the bath, rather than a fixed one – easier for us ladies to wash our hair – but not an insurmountable problem by any means.
Friendly staff air con nice size room
Paint fumes no parking on site
Convenience of being in city centre and therefore able to walk into the centre . The staff were very friendly and helpful
We were on the ground floor and because it was hot we had to have the window open. We were disturbed by customers parking their vehicles late at night up to 2am and leaving their engines running for a long time
The bed and food . We'll Done!
Nice Staff. My wife and I have stayed in many Premier Inns I think the one in sutton harbour really a good at his job.
Easy access to the restaurants and nightlife of the Hoe. Friendly and helpful staff. Good, clean, practical room with bath and shower, excellent bed and tea making facilities, and a full English breakfast in the morning - paradise.
A tad too much purple - some other colour would help brighten the appeal of the decor.
Cleanliness, air conditioning, straightforwardness, breakfast and service.
Couldn't park immediately outside.
THE STAFF WERE VERY VERY GOOD AND FRIENDLY
Location very convenient. Welcome from reception staff (Laura/Lauren?) fantastic, friendly & helpful!
Was in room 1 which next to entrance. Noise from people standing outside to smoke?
great staff, very helpful
noisy people banging about!
You know what you're getting. Purple decor, clean and spacious bed. Comfy and cool (air con).
No character, but then you don't stay at a Premier Inn for its character. It's completely fine, just nothing amazing.
Close to everything, staff excellent and breakfast had everything you could want. Beds really comfortable and we were able to leave our luggage while we went off and enjoyed ourselves!
relaxed and professional staff
I booked this hotel for my daughter however when I rang to pay for her stay on day of her arrival, I was told that I could not pay bill over phone only by fax!! Luckily I was at work so able to use fax but how inconvenient and outdated!
Location, Staff, Location, Staff, facilities.Cleanliness,
Stay not ong enough.
The location was great, the staff very friendly and breakfast was the best I ever had.
The room smelt really bad of smoking although it's a no smoking hotel. The air con was broken and kept is awake all night. When the air con was off the room was to hotel it was also very noisy in the hotels out of the 3 nights we only on one night good sleep.
Location, size of bed, breakfast, friendly staff.
Having to pay for wifi.
Limited car park
Friendly helpful staff Good food. ample time to have breakfast Excellent shower, best we have had. Better than more expensive hotels we have stayed at. Simple to work and the water is hot within seconds Great size bed, clean and comfortable. Able to open window
Television not working full screen, seemed not to be able to correct, Awkward getting over bath to have shower, needs a 'grip rail' for those of use who are of advanced years.
Breakfast was poor
Staff..food....bed hahaha very comfy...thanku
Evening meal in restaurant Parking Restaurant & bar staff excellent
Having to pay for 2 nights before even seeing the room!! Arrogant male receptionist when we arrived Only 1 hand & bath towel for 2 people No individual soaps/shower gel etc Small amounts of tea & coffee (2 each per day) Price of breakfasts on top of room price...£90.50 per night Asked for room for disabled....expected a room with walk in shower....got a lowered bed....& bath with shower over!!!
Convenient City location but out of the way for main city access
Cooking (breakfast) was awful, bacon and sausages cooked on a griddle used to cook steaks the previous nights left a very strange taste, poached eggs cold.
Good sized room, large bed, central location for both nightlife and the city (shops etc). Air conditioning, "Happy Hour" at bar, Meal Deal, Generally good value.
Having to pay for WiFi, Car Park not owned by Hotel, in busy periods, large under used disabled parking section cannot be utilised - although parking at Lockyers Quay next door is not too onerous, we had to use it several times in a five night stay.
