A good spacious room. Everything worked. A very good buffet breakfast. The underground car park is a bit tight so I would recommend anyone with a large car to reserve a parking space and ask for a large space. The hotel staff were very helpful, but you have to ask. We had one evening meal in the resturant which was good value. We also, on one evening had room service which again was ood value and was delivered exactly at the time requested.

It was very conveniently placed for our needs. The Hotel met all expectations and was very good value for money.

Lounge bar had no features and no atmosphere,we did not want to stop for a night cap. Recommend loo brush.

Bed was comfy, sheets clean and fresh. Room cleaned each day with fresh towels and shampoo. Lovely view. Room was a good size. Clean carpets. Housekeeping very friendly. Pillow service available.

Mould in grouting in bathroom. could not open window very far. Windown unclean, so view obscured on one side. Restaurant was like a cattle market. Loads of kids. crumbs on seats, cornflakes & milk on floor. Busy and alittle understaffed.

It's a very convenient hotel for Plymouth centre and the rooms are of a very good standard. Views are great. Wished though, that there had been a fridge in the room as I know lots of rooms have them..

They did not have a record of my booking for the room and it took about 25 minutes to be checked in despite the fact I had a priority card!!!! Apparently they had not received the e mail from latebookings, they were apologetic and polite but it was a long time to wait to be checked in.

Most of the staff sought to be very helpful, and everything was to an acceptable, but not exceptional, standard. We found out that the rate we were on included an evening meal that we were unaware of from the details provided to us by booking .com.

We wanted a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room on the first night. Our preference had not been recognised by the reception staff, and we did not find out until we got to the room. When we returned to reception to request a non-smoking room they told us that the hotel was fully booked so they could not move us until the following day.
