Mercure Point Hotel

La situación, la amplitud de la habitación y la cama muy grande.La recepción muy moderna y bonita. Las habitaciones tienen vistas preciosas al castillo.

Las habitaciones y los pasillos son super oscuros. Las habitaciones no tienen practicamente luz. Reservamos una habitación superior pero la recepcionista se empeñaba en darnos una standar, despues de insistir mucho nos dio la superior. El desayuno no son 10 libras sino 12. Nuestro cuarto de baño estaba bien, pero los de la habitacion standar estaban viejos.

Tiene una vista hermosa hacia el castillo.

La habitación que nos correspondió fue muy ruidosa, no hicieron las camas al siguiente día y mucho menos limpiaron el baño. La verdad me pareció muy costoso para la atención y el servicio que tuvimos.

Era céntrico y la habitación era confortable.

El trato de todo el personal, tanto el de recepción como el del restaurante ha sido excelente. Las habitaciones eran muy confortables y las que nos dieron tenían una vista maravillosa del Castillo.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Excekllent location.

Initially our room smelt of cigarettes and was a bit run down and musty. Staff moved us to another room, with no fuss and very efficiently. The room was quite noisy at night as it was on a busy street. No parking.

Noise was a big problem It needs double glazing, and quiter closing doors. Every time someone went in the room next door it sounded like they were coming into our room. Description fails to mention that is very close to lap dancing club and pole dancing club and based on what we saw, near to red light area. Room appeared unfinished too.

good location, friendly staff and an interesting design concept. we only ate breakfast but that was good.

Its location in the city, so close to the castle and the greenmarket. The facilities were very good and I found it relaxing.

The staff could improve in relation to customer care, especially in the restuarant and the bar.

its location, hard to initial find as it actually signed The Point hotel, other wise it very central and you have views of the castle and only mins walk form the lively grass market pubs

only small dislike, i feel the lighting on the communial areas on the floors were quite dark and grim looking.

the staff on reception were really great,,,Fiona and Samantha are a credit to the place,,,rooms kept very tidy and promptly cleaned.

,,the bar staff were very slow,,,,,friendly but slow!!!!

Our room, but it was not a standard one. it was a round room located at the very end of of the corridor. I understand that there were only three rooms like this in the hotel.

The windows are very dirty. They never have been washed since it's opening.
