Chambre tout en longueur avec TV décalée, attention au torticolis! attente à l'accueil, impossible de stationner à proxiimité

L'emplacement, le style des chambres, c classe et les tarifs sont abordables.

Le bruit coté rue (chambre 206, 2eme etage coté rue)

L'emplacement central et calme, le design de l'aménagement, le restaurant correct pour le dîner et breakfast, l'accueil efficace et chaleureux à la réception, la diligence du personnel de salle, la grande taille des chambres (mais salles de bains en comparaison petites et juste ok pour un 3 étoiles)

Un quatre étoiles avec potentiel mais tenu d'une façon un peu limite: Un peu "cheap" dans l'entretien du bâtiment. Pression d'eau de robinets de douche insuffisante dans une chambre, véritable lance d'incendie dans l'autre. Plusieurs traces de peintures défraichies, lavabo restant quasi bouché plus d'un jour malgré appel. Hors chambre, couloirs pas très nets et bruits de soufflerie étonnants.

Excellent location and kind staff at the reception.

The rooms were dirty to compare. The hotel possibly might need some interior updating especially in the hallways but firstly a deep clean of rooms would be just as useful.

the location was good and that they helped with parking prices

The hotel staff were friendly helpful and efficient. The hotel was in a prime location and the price was extremely reasonable almost budget. I would stay again without hestiation.

Close to city centre

Decor was shabby, broken glass panels in wall. Landing and corridors had horrible smell - possibly the old carpet. Old and tired - in definite need of a spruce-up. Disappointed - I think it used to be good.

Evenutally after 5 room changes I was given a decent room......the first 4 rooms were below standard? Pictures on internet are very deceiving!

staff v pleasant location great

room needed painting - was v noisy eventhough i had asked for quiet room

we had booked to see Billy Connolly at the Usher Theatre and this hotel was just around the corner, could not have been closer. The staff were very pleasant too.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good

The hotel is very worn down and is need of a complete refurbishment. All of the double rooms have two single beds zipped together which i think is poor. We moved rooms as our first room had a bed with broken springs or slats. The double bed had two single duvets, the pillow case had blood stains and the bathroom was covered in mould (I have taken pictures if you are interested).

The hotel was clean ,bright and very accessible to the high street.

I did not like my credit card being charged the full amount before I arrived, as itinary stated it was just to be used as a guarantee . Thus I was unable to pay by cash.
