Convenient for Lyceum, excellent breakfast. Minimalist but very restful - someone has put a lot of thought into room decor and facilities. Highly recommended. |

Convenient location and friendly hotel staff. Apart from a revenue making exercise, I see no reason at all as to why the internet was not free (inline witht the majority of the hotels I stay at) in the bedrooms. ALso, lack of Aircon was a surprise. |

The hotel is very central and close to carpark (£18 for 24 hours) room was basic but clean and modernly furnished The rooms tea and coffee making facilities where in the wardrobe, it took use a while to find them! the corridors are quite dark and could do with up dating |

The shower was absolutely not up to standard...the water pressure was way too much and there was no way of controlling the same. |

Furniture of the rooms very comfortable and very stylish. Bed really big and comfortable. Linen very clean I think the room service meals are an absolute disgrace especially the sandwich. Concidering the hotel is supposed to have fantastic chef's a 6year old could of made a better cheese sandwich! And you need to look at the prices. That cheese sandwich my wife had would of been bad for an asda smart-price one! Oh and the price of breakfast went up £2 overnight! |

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel was well placed between the old and new towns. There was insufficient local information in the room so we were reliant on staff. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment- the basin was cracked, the a tap was broken and the shampoo dispenser was empty. |
