friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, with a hearty breakfast in the morning, this was one of the best hotels i have stayed in, i will be staying at this hotel again. |

The informality and the concern of staff to make me comfortable. The room basin plug was not the correct fitting, there was no spare toilet roll and the towel rail was broken....room 202 I recall. |

It was a comfortable stay with a very helpful, kind staff at the reception and in the restaurant. For me, it was close to some things I wanted to do like visit family and travel to Wimbledon. The elevator was out of order! |

Hotel has good parking, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant and bar facilites with tables outside and under air condtioned glass cover. We found the hotel excellent. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast & room service. Very comfy bed. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends. |

Staff pleasant; room modern, spacious, clean, well-equipped. Selection of teas and toiletries small, extra-nice touches. Breakfast generous. Pleasant walks by the river just across the road. |

The staff were friendly and attentive The room. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, the sink was too small, and the wifi should be free. Other than that it was a large and comfortable room. Once the hotel has been renovated the rooms will look badly dated. Also at £125 a night it would be overpriced. However I only oaid £60 due to the renovations. |

convenient location to where we needed to be. Easy to find There was extensive renovation work going on at the hotel which we were not informed about before our stay. Dining and bar facilities were very poor and dining area was not very clean. Breakfast buffet set out in reception area where men were working, drilling and painting etc. If I had been told about this work I would have stayed somewhere else so I am not very impressed about that. |

The room was large with plenty of room for four. The check in was quick and friendly. The location was good for access to London with about a fifteen minute walk to the station. The evening meal was good although a bit expensive. There is work taking place at the front of the Hotel although this is only during the day. The breakfast was poorly prepared. |

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. There was work being done outside of the hotel so breakfast was very, very noisy.We were only staying for one night at your reduced rate, but I would not have been impressed if I was paying their normal £120.00. The staff were casual to the extreme. |
