Large room, comfortable - good reception staff, great location.

Breakfast layout, bar staff could have been a little better

the staff were really friendly. The location was very convenient, the room was very clean Bed was comfortable

Dinner quality was poor and made worse by the awful sauces such as tzatziki and tartare that accompanied it.

Breakfast, we sat at a table and waited for a long time as the waiters walk by, 10 other guests came in and where served straight away. When we managed to get the attention and placed our order it came out luke warm and the english muffin was burned

room 208 needs a splash of paint around air conditioning unit,water marks where previous leak must have occured.

Corridor & bedroom walls were marked and shabby.

Bedroom was spacious and well equipped. Location was god fro twickenham station. Staff were helpful.

Bar and dining room are are a bit worn. Breakfast was lacking in muesli and fruit. No brown bread.

Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent hot drink selection in the huge room which was spotless. Free wifi, breakfast was cooked fresh to a high standard and the ambience in the glass room was just lovely.

Staff were excellent. Food fresh and delicious. Cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Initially stayed here for location as close to daughter but would definitely stay here again regardless.

There was nothing to dislike. (mind you, we could complain about the weather - freezing conditions - we had come from 38 degrees celsius!!!!!!!) Never mind had a great time anyway.

Excellent location, an easy walk into Twickenham and just a short drive to Richmond. Good quality accommodation, friendly staff and free car parking which is a bonus.

The restaurant bar area is really well presented The breakfast choice was excellent and freshly cooked Staff were very friendly

Bed was poor and the room we stayed in we in a poor state of cleanliness in particular the bathroom which appeared to be adapted as disabled but was poorly done!!!

I enjoyed my stay and would definately stay again. The staff were first class and nothing was too much trouble. The food quality excellent and ambience ideal. This is a great place to stay. I would stay again.

Lovely interior in the lounge. Impressive glass extension to the front that was surprisingly not cold when it snowed outside. A lovely collection of Twinings teas in the bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Free car park that we used for the whole day after we checked out. A generous portion of salmon ordered for lunch in the restaurant. Breakfast items available were well selected and very good quality. Attentive staff who went out of their way to answer queries about our daily plans and travelling in the area, etc.

Unfortunately, even though porridge was in the daily menu, the kitchen had run out. Wi-fi, even though advertised, was not available as it had broken down. At lunch there was a function in a private room with a lot of young children, which unfortunately affected the rest of the guests as the foyer was blocked with prams and some children were running around the dining room (without their parents' supervision), which really spoilt the amosphere.

Very friendly helpful staff upon arrival at 5pm, plus kept the bar open at 1am for us. Lovely comfy rooms, also very warm rooms with cold temperatures outside.

The time it took to check out in the morning. I needed to along with my colleague get away early and we came to check out at 6.10am and didn't get checked out until 6.30am as the receptionist had issues with getting the bar bill information onto the overall bill - it appeared the systems were not all talking with each other. With other hotels it is never this complicated, so this was a real downside as it almost made me late for my 8am meeting.
