Friendly staff. Excellent Food. Very comfortable rooms and lovely sea-view. No. Only thing we found rather disappointing was the lack of access to the beach and footpaths rather overgrown, but there was nothing we did not like about the hotel itself. |

The peace and quiet with a great view over the sea. Food and dinning room excellent. No assistance offered with luggage for elderly people to their room. Condition of shower in room 14 poor. No table in room 14 for tea making this had to be carried out on the floor. |

This hotel is in a superb location with great views over St Austell Bay. We paid extra for a superior room and were not disappointed as we had stunning views from our room. There are great walks within yards from the hotel, either east along the cliffs or west down to the harbour. Great for a pre dinner or pre breakfast stroll. N/a, everything was excellent |

I stayed 5 nights in one of the two family rooms with my wife and two kids (aged 3 and 1). The room had excellent views and a good size, and there was a separate small room for the kids, which is very comfortable for the parents. The restaurant is also child friendly because it is ample and they have high chairs. Mark, the manager of the restaurant, is very charming. The food is quite good. |

The staff were excellent especially the General Manager. The views from this vantage point are breathtaking and a very surreal. To gain the views from your room though you need to book the Superior room as these are the only ones with the breathtaking view the others have very limited views. Not sure what was missing here but we both felt the high price wasn't really justified. It wasn't as clean as it should have been especially the crockery at breakfast and the food, though OK, was just that...OK. We expected a little more for the price we paid compared to other hotels in the region that we have stayed for half this price. |

Staff very polite and welcoming. Food excellent. Lovely view from room. Great location. Papers were not delivered to outside your door and no mini bar / fridge in room. Plus tv channels were not all correctly tuned in and limited choice. Staff seemed very busy. |

Proximity of coastal footpath and ability to walk to local harbour and other coastal features. Proximity to other attractions such as the Eden Project. The quality of food was excellent. The small size and restrictive layout of the bathroom. External lighting remaining on in car park through the night. Being on the ground floor, the rooms view of the sea was across the car park and cars were parked very close to the bedroom windows. |

The claim to overlook nothing but the bay is well founded. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend this as a place to stay. I have already recommended the hotel to others and will be using it again. |

Hotel position. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Evening meal. Room. Breakfast. Coffee was stewed, fresh coffee much preferable. Sausage & black pudding dried out, probably too long on the hot plate. Poached egg overpoached. |

Located along a private road, a short distance from the A38, the Cliff Head hotel is close to gorgeous sandy beaches and coves. |
On the A390, just a few miles east of St Austell and a mile south of the Eden Project, this charming, traditional former coaching inn today offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. |
We are a 42 bedroom Inn located just off the main A30 in Cornwall, ideally situated for business or pleasure. All our rooms are furnished to a high modern standard. |
This 2-star property blends a host of impressive facilities with a welcoming ambience. Sample traditional cuisine in the cosy and refined restaurant which overlooks the town. |
