Det mesta var bra med detta hotell. Utsikten mot havet, maten och framförallt standard på service och bekvämlighet.Hotell är lagom stort och har ett bra läge vid kusten med närhet till t.ex Eden project, vandringsleder, fiskebyar m.m. |

Staff were very friendly, great service and food. Hotel is nice. Location for the view amazing. Location for access to newquay / padstow / eden project etc great. immediate location - nothing in walking distance The room was nice however the beds were uncompfortable |

The welcome of the staff and the exquisite quality of the food and wine in the dining room (breakfast and dinner). Dinner was so fabulous on our first night we booked for dinner for the second night of our stay. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly Room allocation seemed to be on check-in time, not booking. - we were originally given keys to wrong room. , given the claim 'all we overlook is the sea', there should be ref to rooms 28 & 32 having no sea view, only that of building yard. The rooms were very cold a radiator was provided for my mother after first night. At this price would expect automatic warmth. Shower poor |

Superb view (weather permitting!) and with a very nice restaurant and a brasserie we didn't need to venture out in the evenings and battle with the weather. |

The atmosphere; a real "family hotel" The wireless internet connection was very bad. Had I known, I would hardly have booked this hotel. When told the hotel did nothing to imprve this problem. |
