(1) That help was on the end of a telephone 24hrs a day (2) It was clean and comfortable (1) No clear instructions on how to access the building - I had to telephone the concierge twice (2) No key or instructions as to which secure car parking space had been allocated and no key - once again, had to phone the concierge who subsequently delivered it (3) No convenient place to deposit keys on departure - I had to park illegally on the road and run up to the Apartment at 6 in the morning. (4) Despite there being all cooking utensils, there was no cutlery |

The key code system made it convenient to come and go without the worry of losing a key.The appartment was in a nice area accessable to the town and was spacious and comfortable. The 10am checkout was too early. I don't recall ever having stayed in a hotel or appartment which had such an early checkout time. |

24 hrs telephone contact available and new furniture The apartment wasn't clean at all. Full rubbish bag, dirty sheet, messy kitchen... I had to come back 1 hour later and then find the apartment ready. Disappointment. |

The rooms were very clean, as well as the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was well-equipped with oven, hob, toaster, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is also free parking outside the apartment. Ideal for family as there is loads of space. The neighbourhood wasn't very nice |

Although we stayed only for a day, we truely enjoyed our time there. The staff was extremely helpful. The place was well furnished and clean. Will definitely return. |
