The description on the website was very accurate. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay and the close proximity to the town was great for seeking out restaurants etc. Only having two nights in the apartment.

The style and layout of the apartment. Attention to details; breakfast cereals, milk, tea and coffee. Greeted by Alison who was lovely and explained everything to us. Apartment close to shops, cinema, transport and restaurants, supermarket. Great value and comfort and I would stay again and recommend to others There wasn't anything I really disliked!

The Leckhampton Suite was spacious and beautifully presented with all the amenities that anyone could wish for whilst on holiday or on business. It is located downstairs but was very private. Breakfast supplies were lovely - fruit, cereals, juice, etc. It is well located for restaurants, cinemas and the high street. Parking is at the rear and very convenient. We used Portland Apartments as our base to touring the Cotswalds and also S.Wales. Owners, Alison and Kevin, were both very friendly and most helpful. We would definitely return to these apartments.

Everything. Tasteful decor and excellent facilities. Within easy walking distance of the town facilities, even for an older person. Amazing welcome pack, even extending to a large bowl of fresh fruit. Very welcome reception. Nothing!!

The location was perfectly convenient for us. The apartment decor was exceptional, although it was showing some very slight wear in places. Breakfast and snack provisions were supplied and were very helpful, leaving no need to do a major food shopping. We appreciated the parking space in the rear of the building. The bed mattress, the linens, the bath towels were excellent quality. Housekeeping was on top of everything. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Allison. There was virtually no closet space for luggage, etc. The washer/dryer is a joke, difficult to figure out and glacially slow to process even a few pieces of laundry. The two couches are much too low for the average person's behind, it was very difficult to sit and get standing again. The front steps have a slight height in the middle section, and we tripped twice each, nearly falling (so watch that when entering the building). The parking lot across the street is not an attractive aspect to look out upon, and there is a church gathering hall across the rear alley, where several times very noisy youth and their dogs raised a ruckus in the early evening, not enough to cause sleep disruption.

Convenience of kitchen area, laundry, and the space to relax and have a conversation with others. Also, the apts are in a great location, close to town, restaurants, and bus/train station. Greeted by staff in a prompt and lovely manner. The cleanliness of the apts made the stay that much more enjoyable. Wished that I had made a reservation for a longer period and will definitely do so on our next trip. Hopefully, in the coming year we'll have a chance to return. Have been raving to friends and family since I have returned to the states! Great location to use as a base to travel in the area! Cannot think of one thing!

We stayed here during the Cheltenham Gold Cup hence the hefty price tag, as with all accomodation in Cheltenham during that week, but the apartment was very comfortable, modern and clean. Gives the feel of a small boutique hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend a stay here as an alternative to a hotel which has everything you would need in a great location in the heart of Cheltenham The only draw back was the noise, being a grade two listed buidling it has the original shash and case windows which unfortunately rattle in the wind and don't block out the noise from the busy road.

The staff we met were very nice, the apartment had everything we could have needed and the welcome pack of bread and milk etc. was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Can't fault it! nothing

On looking upon and entering the building you know it's going to be something special. The place is a lovely regal building typical of Cheltenham and you're not disappointed once inside. We stayed in the Tivoli Suite which is the only studio apartment. It is perfect for couples and is very well appointed. It was also a lovely surprise to find a great selection of breakfast items including fresh juice and milk in the fridge, a nice little touch! The owners talked us through a bit about the apartment and the facilities, and where to go once out and about. They were lovely! The Tivoli suite is a well appointed apartment with everything you could need for a relaxing stay away from home, in fact if we could I think we'd have moved in! The bed is extremely comfy, sofas are lovely to relax on and we even used the kitchen for one night of cooking and found absolutely everything we needed. The bathroom is also in keeping with the rest of the apartment, and includes a shower (as we were unsure when booking), so if you need a bath then this isn't for you. Overall we were very impressed with the place, the location is great and we would most definetly return to these apartments when we return to Cheltenham again. This was our first apartment experience, and it beats a hotel hands down as it's just a much cosier experience, especially when you have such a lovely appointed apartment as this! You could say the view opposite of a car park, but seriously this didn't detract from the loveliness of our stay.

Very stylish in the room we stayed in (leckhampton), lots of space to chill out in and it was spootless. The little touches of milk / bread / fruit in the rooms was nice, and it had a luxry coffee-making machine :-) nothing - was great

Clearly a great deal of thought had gone into furnishing and equipping the apartment which was perfectly located for our shopping trip. We were given a friendly greeting and advice on good restaurants nearby and were also extremely impressed with the generous grocery pack that had been left for us. Have already recommended it to friends and family! Bsically really impressed but if I had to pick something, it would have been helpful if the car parking area at the rear was signposted more clearly.
