Nearness to major shopping center and cleanliness of room. Cute and lovely kitchennet. Wonder why they have to charge for internet . It should have been free. They are strict with check out policy, begged for an extra hour to check out which is not good . Check out time should be 12:00m. The mini bar should b change to fridge not cooler.

Didn't provide basic things such as water or kettle in the room. Hotel was part of a chain of other hotels across the street. Hence they use a central operator which always ask you which hotel you're calling from should you request any service. At 200 quids a night, standards do not live up to price.

We were absolutely blown away by the size and quality of the room for a central London location. The room was so spacious and well equipped. The location is fantastic - we walked easily to Covent Garden. The room was decorated beautifully and well maintained. The kitchenette is a clever idea and would make an extended stay in a hotel room much easier. No restaurant facilities within the hotel itself, although we hardly missed this with London on the doorstep! The only minor downside to our room was it being on the ground floor - there was a little street noise and we felt the need to keep the curtains closed until fully ready to face the outside world...but this did not detract from a wonderful stay at all.

Location excellent, room very comfortable and quiet. Some staff non-chalant, cleanliness superficial, furniture tired and at second sight all a bit drab or even broken. Paying for room unnecessarily complicated and confusing.

“Despite being in a very busy area there was no traffic noise in the room. Couldn't be closer to the tube station.
