Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

It was a spacious apartment and it was cheaper than purchasing two separate hotel rooms. The people seemed very unorganised. The code did not work on arrival and the telephone number listed for our apartment was incorrect. The apartments were also noisy because they had floorboards rather than carpet. |

Close to city centre and close to shops and within walking distance of where we wanted to go. Double bed quilt was too small. 4 cups chipped. Could not empty kitchen bin. |

ease of use - versitility bathroom needs serious attention - floor damaged - shower not working correctly. Lack of utensils in kitchen. It would have been nearly impossible had we wanted to cook a full meal. |

Minor issues really: - Dishwasher full of dirty pots/broken? Bathroom floor a bit grotty for an otherwise very smart apartment. Would have been useful to know door codes, or have information about how to get them before we arrived. We had to stand outside in the rain and phone the office number to find out how to get in! |

The apartment was a good size and the kitchen was well stocked. Was irritated that the apartments had use of a leisure centre but children can't use the pool on a Saturday morning. There is no mention of this in the apartment welcome info pack. Having asked the apartment staff for directions and saying I'm with 3 small children not giving the vital information of children swim times was vexing...it takes 30 minutes to walk to it. Also I was not informed until the day before that a carnival was taking place right outside the apartment block, felt the staff could have informed us of this before we came - parking was now 10 minutes away (and in a street cordoned off by the police) and noise was unremitting. The apartment was great on some levels but didn't work for on lots of levels for a family..not least as it is in the heart of the red light district with lots of activity at night. |

Great private apartment, great pin code entry system, fully functional kitchen (once I found that the silverware and other stuff was in the dishwasher) The stairs to the mezzanine bed were too steep! The rise is 2 to 3" greater than normal, ok when you're going up but nearly tipped me out coming down. I then came down backwards after first near miss. As the bathroom was downstairs it seemed a bit pointless putting all the bathroom towels up on the bed, just meant an extra trip to bring them downstairs. |

Allt som behövs för att bo och laga mat m.m. finns i lägenheten. Bäddat och städat. Centralt läge, du tar dig lätt till busstation eller gamla stan och shoppingcenter. Området som lägenheterna ligger i är inget att rekommendera för barnfamiljer. Lägenheten var helt ok, men det ligger i ett "skumrask"-område och barnen var lite rädda. |
