Professional but warm and approachable staff providing excellent service in all areas of the hotel. Excellent restaurant and bar facilities offering a fabulous dining experience and a a great menu. Lovely pool and leisure facilities.

It was an enjoyable stay for all eight of us. The pillows nearly got taken home so luxurious, the beds were so comfortable. The spec was great, the staff efficient and friendly, could not fault them.

The only small point was the high ceiling in the restaurant area caused quite a lot of echo/noise.

We liked our room, it's was clean and tidy, nice layout. We liked our dinning experience (better in the evening then breakfast time) . Staff were very friendly and polite made us feel welcome.

We didn't like the fact that a breakfast tray was left outside our room on our arrival and was still outside the door when we returned five hours later. We fully understand it was a busy weekend but two members of staff had walked past it still leaving there. Also we didn't like the fact someone was smoking on the floor nearby. We did inform a staff member but to date not sure If anything was Done. Other then them two occurs we fully enjoyed our stay. Wished we had more time to enjoy the spa.

The room was luxurious, the whole hotel was really and was great to have a swimming pool and other facilities to use

How warm room was unable to open windows even a small amount of air comin in would have helped and the cost of a full english breakfast was £15.50 per person which is most expensive have ever seen anywhere

The room was superb, just what we had hoped. The beds very comfortable, bathroom luxurious, tea/coffee making facilities a bonus. Breakfast wonderful!

Parking, we needed a disabled space, but there were never any available and we had to park some distance from Reception. Quite a minor fault though all in all.

had been looking forward to a relaxing swim in the pool but was disappointed in the very smal size - wrong shape and too small to swim so did not bother

Friendly and helpful reception staff , my wife mentioned in conversation we were staying as it was our 40th wedding anniversary , half hour later a bottle of wine was delivered to our room . Polite breakfast staff and a varied selection .

The staff were very helpful. I had booked 2 nights super deal including breakfast. I asked at check in if they could accommodate us a third night and they did! We have stayed here before. It is a convenient location and the food and leisure facilities are great. There are fun activities for the kids at Easter! The rooms are always cleaned regularly. Look forward to our next visit!,

Charging for nicer coffee at breakfast many international hotels in Europe have better free coffee machines on tap for general use.

No coffee available in ground floor area - machine broken! Possible damage to underside of sports car when leaving. 'Crocodile teeth' to high.

Being woken at 6.30 on a Sunday morning by a wakeup call we had NOT asked for.

You cannot improve on perfection, but perhaps the towels could do with a bit of conditioner on them.

The man on reception was very unfriendly...also our room on the first floor was VERY noisy as guests from the wedding party were smoking there.really disappointing as we were there for the county swimming champs and my daughter who was swimming nd needed rest was kept awake for a lot of the night! Dreadful!

Typical chain hotel - clean, comfortable with everything I could want.

Great staff, especially Arthur (guest relations) who arranged a bottle of cava and a card for my wife's birthday. Also got upgraded to a superior room, as I made mention of my wife's birthday during the booking.

Small pool and odd location. Odd open plan restaurant.

The room was extremely comfortable, the bathroom immaculate. We didn't stay long enough to try the restaurant fir dinner but the breakfast was quite impressive in range, and very well overseen.

If I could have any comment here it would be that the bar area could be more comfortable.
